When traveling to Myrtle Beach, SC you have to have a spectacular place to stay while you are there. Luckily the Sun & Sands Suite is just that. Complete with a king-sized bed, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenettes are stocked with a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, and silverware for light meal prep.

Guests have access to indoor and outdoor pool, onsite restaurant and to the beach directly from the resort.

All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors.

Please pick up access card and parking pass from front desk. Only (1) parking pass is provided at front desk.

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only some of our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you with anything other than parking pass.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).
