Welcome to South Hampton 301-- Prachtig uitzicht op het strand. Gelegen op de 3e verdieping van de kant van South Hampton gebouw uitzicht op de oceaan. Het heeft een prachtig uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en beide slaapkamers in aanvulling op zowel de oceaan en het meer uitzicht vanaf de de 3 particuliere dekken. De enorme master bad heeft een dubbele douche en een zitbank. De accommodatie is volledig uitgerust en is zeer gezinsvriendelijk.
Gelegen in het grootste resort aan de oceaan in de geschiedenis van Myrtle Beach. Het omvat 145 acres van bebost en glooiende terrein doorspekt met zoetwatermeren en omzoomd door een prachtige halve mijl van de branding, zand en zon. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere 24-uursbeveiliging, een netwerk van wandelpaden die door het hele gebouw slingeren. 3 restaurants en een Sport & Health Club van 4 miljoen dollar. Duidelijk. Er gelden toeslagen voor de sport- en gezondheidsclub.
De Hilton pool- en tiki-bar, de Embassy suite-faciliteiten en het Splash-zwembad zijn NIET toegankelijk

Not what I expected for the price!!

Good location needs renovated and new bedding in both bedrooms no one in my party slept comfortably The ocean view is not that great but you can see it. From the information I have since got I'm not the first guest to have issues with the beds.The good is that it is a very short walk to the beach and the pools are nice.

Don’t rent from palmetto Vacations. Tv’s weren’t working on college game day and no one from management office contacted us back. In fact no one has contacted us at all. Never again

Great stay!

Very Clean and quiet. Our friends stayed at the Grand Caymen Myrtle beach and the South Hampton 301 Arcadian Shores blew it away! Very resort-style property. Quiet pools, and very close to the beach. Kingston Resorts are doing a great job.

Poorly managed

Property owner is Palmetto Rentals, and my experience purely from the management standpoint was poor. Any contact I had with the office wasn't great. The check in process took an hour and a half just so they could hand me a key and a piece of paper, and the drive to the condo is another 30 mins. Then the wifi didn't work the entire week. I left 3 voicemails initially over the course of 2 days, and eventually spoke with someone in the office after I called again. Then they got me to a maintenance worker who told me to unplug and plug back in the modem. I told him that I did that on day one, at which point he told me to make sure I did it for a full minute and if it didn't work to call back. It didn't work, but I didn't waste my time calling back. I told the person about it in the office when checking out and they said, well the maintenance guy is new but said they could have him give me a call. I didn't care to get in to the matter or the issues with this proposed solution any further so I just told them no thanks and left.

Our family came down for a week vacation. We had a great time! Room was clean and had everything we needed. Easy and fast walk to the beach. We’d definitely would stay here again!

The picture on internet good, condo not so good.Disappointing

The dining room table had 3 different type chairs. The living room couch and chair cushions very dirty looking. When we arrived none of the TV's , had cable cords connected to them. The master bedroom and bath was nice. I would not recommend this condo to my family or friends.

Comfortable Convenient Clean and reasonably priced

This is a beautiful condo located on the beach with a pool. Additional beach chairs and supplies was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and offered all necessary kitchen appliances and supplies. I rated it a 4 only because the vertical blinds in all rooms were missing some blinds allowing light to come through the windows at night. Also the master show was not tall enough to accommodate a tall person.

Pictures different from actual condo

The pics on line are different from what you can expect. Not nearly as nice. Maybe a remodel going on but there were no curtains, pieces of the blinds were missing, no batteries in remotes, lack of cooking pans & dishes, bathroom door broken and leaked water out when you showered and missing light bulbs. Outdoor patio was moldy. Only good thing were the pillows in the bedrooms.

Location. Location. Location.

This was the perfect location for our long weekend family gathering. The two bedrooms met our needs wonderfully. The sitting room and kitchen were just the right size for our party of four. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony in the mornings and evenings. We stocked the kitchen with breakfast and lunch foods which saved on our budget. Loved that we were right on the beach. And that you could rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach saving on us having the bring all of that from home. The building itself was pretty good. Plenty of luggage carts to use when we arrived and departed. We felt safe the entire time. The check in process was very easy - used the after hours lock box to pick up our keys. Whenever we called the office, someone answered and was friendly. The condo was in pretty good shape. The floors and rugs were definitely NOT clean. But the rest was satisfactory. I liked how the two bedrooms were separated by the living room. And we each had our own bathroom. This specific condo (301 S. Hampton) is directly above where the cars pull up to drop off at the entrance door. You can see the ocean very nicely along the side, however the next time we would try for a condo on the other end of the building that faces directly. All in all a wonderful place. Thank you for contributing to some wonderful vacation memories.
