Incredible Views! Nicely renovated 1-Bedroom Suite - Ocean Forest Plaza 2004

Looking to get away from it all and enjoy some relaxation? This is the perfect place for your next vacation! All the comforts of home but with spectacular views of the ocean view private balcony. This ocean view 1-bedroom unit is located along the "Golden Mile" - close enough to walk to local restaurants and attractions without being in the thick of the crowds.

As of April 2024, this unit has had some beautiful renovations! We could not be more excited to share with you! For starters the entire unit was repainted with warm and welcoming colors. All popcorn ceiling was removed as well! Lastly new furniture and coastal decor was added throughout. You are going to love it!

This is a 20th-floor king suite at Ocean Forest Plaza in Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean view 1-bedroom condo is fully furnished with one king size bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The bedroom also offers a TV, dresser, and closet space for storage. Guests will also have access to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, and toilet. There is also a second vanity and mirror outside the bathroom in the bedroom allowing multiple guests to be able to get ready for the day!

The living room is the most relaxing area of the apartment. This space features a queen size sleeper sofa, accent chairs, small dining table and chairs, coffee table, wall mounted TV with basic cable, complimentary Wi-Fi, balcony access, and so much more. This condo has its own private balcony with a table and chairs, from which past guests have enjoyed spotting dolphins and watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

The kitchen features a full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, and everything you need to cook a small meal! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many restaurants offer delivery as well.

All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation.

Our guests will enjoy an indoor and outdoor pool at the resort.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. Just let us know what you need, and we'll be happy to work with you!

Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the condo AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained, and other charges may apply. Ocean Forest Plaza does not allow motorcycles or pets.
