Awesome overnight stay.
My son wanted to go down to Myrtle Beach and hit the water park for his birthday! My wife found this place and after looking at the reviews and photos we knew it would be perfect! Well the pictures didn’t do this place justice! This condo is big clean and full of nice little touches! has so much to offer! Absolutely perfect! And location was also great! as the water park and Broadway at the beach were not far away plus the place we like to eat at was right down the road! I wish my wife and I’s June trip was not already booked! Because I would have booked this again! Thank you!

Communication could not have been better from the get go. Due to our travel situation coming into MB super early morning for a soccer tourney then having 9 hours until our second game, Caroline was very generous allowing us to get into the condo a tick early and for the same reason a late check out. Usually I bring my own bleach wipes and do a little cleaning upon arrival, but the place was spotless. Honestly it was the easiest vrbo I've ever stayed and I travel for a living. Great view of the ocean. Parking was super close and easy. Can't wait to go back ....

Condo has everything needed, including very comfortable beds. The view was great...beautiful beach. Arriving at the Plantation was a bit confusing but we found our way to the correct gate and got our pass for parking. Everyone is very happy to help. The Black Drum restaurant is highly recommended.

Our stay at the Luxury Condo was exceptional. The property was beautifully arranged. The pictures did not do it justice. Additionally the property owners were engaging to ensure our stay was a comfortable one. I would definitely book this property again if I could.

Spacious condo, well decorated.
This is a second floor unit in the Brighton Towers at Kingston Plantation. Access is through gated security. The beach is just minutes away. The location is central to many Myrtle Beach attractions. The unit is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We were happy with our stay.

Satisfied, but needs a few additions
Beautiful place with great ocean views. In the master shower, a shelf would be helpful as there was no where to put your things. Had to put them on the floor. A side table and foot stool would be nice for the living room chairs. Living room TV,too many remotes,none really worked,couldn't increase volume on TV,no instructions on what remote to use. Need better access to outlets in 2nd bedroom. Forgot to tell Caroline that Conair hairdryer in Master bath was smoking when turned on,so I unplugged it. Jacuzzi tub drain leaked,couldn't fill it with water to to get the jets to work properly. Overall we had a good stay,quiet safe place.

Happy you enjoyed views and the place. It is unfortunate you did not contact us regarding the other items as we would have immediately addressed them, as we contact all guests to make sure everything is good, however, you never responded. The TV and all System do work, and would have explained how. Safe travels!

Spiffy condo with great owners!
Condo as described in listing...no surprises thank goodness. Family of 5 adults stayed and were comfortable. Found one pool but never found the second but we gave up easily too. Enjoyed the beach but appreciated the pool more (less sand). Condo is close to all Myrtle Beach offers. I would rebook.

Together Again
Let’s get right to the point. This property is beautiful! The view is awesome. Every morning you wake up to an amazing sunrise on your balcony with a quiet rolling of the ocean in your ear and the suns rays bouncing off the blueness of the ocean. Just doesn’t get any better. My family and I come to the beach every Labor Day weekend for a big family and friends picnic at Myrtle Beach State Park. My children and grandchildren love staying at Kingston Plantation. I chose this property to be close to them. I made an excellent choice this time. The home is lovely, beautifully decorated, very clean, the kitchen is well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, sheets were so soft, and the towels were really nice and thick. This home is everything the pictures show, summary states and more. Caroline, the owner was so great to work with. Just wish I go back and stay a whole month. Oh well, maybe next year. Needless to say, yes I would recommend this home and yes I would stay again!!

Some area’s of the condo need repair but the owner was already aware and said not to list them. The bathtub in the master bedroom was dirty when we arrived but we did not mention it as we had no intention of using it. There are 4 or 5 different remotes for the tv in the living room making it difficult to figure out which remote operates what. The top of the coffee table in the living room is broken. We only found out about this when we went to move the coffee table so we could pull out the sofa bed. Overall the furnishings are very nice. There were extra towels, sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs we could have used but we were not aware they were there. We would stay here again. We had 8 people stay here and we were comfortable. Thank you.

It is unfortunate you did not report to us any of the issues — or we would have them immediately addressed to your satisfaction. We take great pride in our condo, and fix or repair things as soon as possible, and always instruct our guests to let’s us know if they see anything or have any issues. Fantastic Vacation Stay in Myrtle Beach
Caroline was a great host, checking in with us to make sure everything was OK. It was! The condo was easily accessible with a simple keypad. Upon entering, we were very pleased to see that the condo appearance was even better than the on-line photos. There was plenty of room for the three of us, my wife & I in the master and our adult daughter in the 2nd bedroom. The view of the beach from the balcony was exceptional. The unit is located on the second floor (lobby, 1st floor, 2nd floor). Unit was very clean. Location was very convenient. There is a new restaurant called the Black Drum between the condo tower and Embassy Suites which we ate at a couple of times...great food....fair pricing. It is an easy 5-minute drive to the grocery store. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, easy in and out, the 3D virtual tour makes you feel as if you have already been there when you arrive for the first time. Relaxing and quiet tower, even with a large youth group on property. Will rent again!

Enjoyable South Carolina Getaway
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach and for the most part had great weather for February. Caroline was a pleasure to work with and the condo is excellent. Being on a lower floor and close to the beach was a real plus. The WiFi is a bit slow so your Apple TV and overall modest connection speed will be noticeable. They do have a good selection of cable channels accessible by all TV's. Make sure you have her check on the pools because they were not open, but the weather was warm and hanging on the beach was a better option anyway. The parking is in an enclosed deck and plenty of good spots. We also used the Kingston Fitness Center that you can join for the month and they pro-rated for our 3 week stay. The pickleball courts were always busy and we enjoyed that, too. The new Black Drum restaurant had just opened and is right next to the condo. All in all, the Myrtle Beach area has a lot of good restaurants, shopping and golf. Ask the locals for the best food and they will not let you down. Also golfing north of the condo is easier to get to and less congested than going south. Plenty of courses to choose from. Thanks to Caroline for her efficient check in and overall communication. We will definitely look at this property again when looking for a winter getaway.

Just what I needed!
I was looking for a great place away for the long MLK day weekend and this was indeed the perfect place! I needed something with a great view, something comfortable, and nearby to great shops and restaurants. All of my wishes were exceeded upon my stay here. My wife and I loved the spacious master and our teenage daughter loved her own room in a separate part of the condo. I am planning to book this again for my next MLK weekend getaway! Everything was 1st class all the way. Thank you thank you thank you! I returned home relaxed and refreshed…just what I needed!

This is the wife of the renter. This was rented for a fun girl's weekend. The resort was very nice and the people in the building were friendly. The suite was maintained well. The owner left us a nice note and flowers. There were games to play and DVDs to watch. We did have to spend time hooking up wires to get the DVD player to work, but not sure if another renter had pulled the wires out.

Lovely condo - Tuscan Decor
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, Tuscan-styled condo., and would gladly stay here again. It was very clean and well cared for. Tastefully appointed and quiet, both day and night views are magnificent; both bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen look out on the ocean and the Embassy courtyard/pool area. We especially enjoyed watching the sun rise from our chairs in the breakfast nook. The private deck is covered, runs the entire length of the condo, and has seating for 12. The condo has a split living layout with a spacious master, large second bedroom and two large bathrooms, with big closets. Beds were comfy, as were the living room couch and chairs. The master has double sinks, a deep jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, plus a chaise lounge, vanity table and desk. In addition to the formal dining room with seating for 4, the kitchen includes a breakfast nook with counter seating for 3;. We especially enjoyed watching the sun rise as we sipped our morning coffee and savored our salmon toast. The kitchen is well equipped, even including a coffee bean grinder for the coffee purists. Large screen TV's were present in both bedrooms and the living room, as were several board games and DVD's. Finally, Caroline, the owner, was very responsive to our questions. We've had many short stays in Myrtle Beach thoughout the years; this was by far the most enjoyable place we've stayed.
