Guest Registration:
To comply with applicable South Carolina lodging requirements and help ensure a safe stay, the primary guest must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued photo ID after booking.

Guest Count:
Please provide the full names of all overnight guests, including children and infants. Children and infants count toward the total guest count, so please ensure your reservation accurately reflects all overnight guests before arrival. Undisclosed overnight guests will incur a fee of $100 per guest, per night.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Guest Access:
24hr keyless access. You’ll have the entire house, ensuring complete privacy without shared spaces.

Cleaning Policy:
Regular cleaning during your stay is not provided unless requested. Extra cleaning during your stay is available for a fee.
