This recently renovated one-bedroom condo has a private patio with breathtaking views of the ocean. This condominium is ideal for a Myrtle Beach vacation for up to four people because it has a cozy king bed, a complete bathroom, and access to resort-style amenities.

THE AREA

With a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area, this condo on the ninth floor makes for a cozy retreat. The completely furnished kitchen has a refrigerator, a 4-burner stove, and a microwave, so you may prepare meals there. Head to the quiet bedroom for a peaceful night's sleep after a fun-filled day. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony as the sun rises in the morning - it's the ideal way to start the day.

THE ADDRESS

This property has the best location possible. To go to the beach, simply ride the elevator to the ground floor. You can take a cooling swim in the pools or just relax in the sun with a good book. There are several of mini-golf courses in Myrtle Beach that are great for family outings. For exhilarating rides and waterslides, you can also head to the adjacent Family Kingdom Amusement Park or Splashes Waterpark.
After all the excitement, visit some amazing seafood eateries in the area to sate your hunger. Remember to visit the stores, enjoy a leisurely stroll along the promenade, and ride the SkyWheel to obtain a glimpse of the city!

Even better than expected!

The property location is great! On-site restaurant and outdoor bar were both perfect and priced reasonable. Room had exactly what we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back! Wonderful vacation.

The room was dirty . no pillowcases for the pillows for the couch. Pull out bed and only one tiny frying pan. King-size mattress did not fit. It was too big, for the boxspring kept wanting to fall off of it. The sheet that was on the king size bed was too small and did not fit it properly. Kept coming off of it. No rugs at the front door or in the bathroom for your feet, no dust pan to clean up the sand and dirt. We went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and a dust pan left the dust pan for the next renters but sterilization cleaner and floor swiffer’s to mop it had to pick up candy trash that was inside of the pull out bed and on the floor under it , there was also bread ties and dirt in the bathroom around the trashcan had to wipe out the drawers. There was dirt and sand in them was not impressed. Stayed at Bluewater last year on the 15th floor whoever rented off there their place was way cleaner . We like blue water the pools and hot tub and wash and dry area and easy access to the beach is what made our stay worth it. Definitely wasn’t because of the room we stayed in. It was dirty

The condo looked just as advertised. (Other than some exposed pipes in the ceiling that looked like work was being done on a prior leak) It was comfortable and nicely located. For such a busy location, it was fairly quiet at night. There were two real negatives. One was cleanliness; there was trash under the bed and some sand on the floor. That was not a huge deal, but there was no broom. The other bigger issue was the lack of a key card. Most areas only required a code, but we were unable to park in the parking deck without the card and unable to re-enter the property after hours from the beach/pool without walking around outside and coming back in through the front entrance. The property manager said they would try to find us a card but never did. Had we stayed longer than three days, the lack of the card would have become very problematic.

The only reason I'm not completely happy is cause of the parking and the extra things that are offered but not there when you get there like lazy river, the bar at hotel small things but overall we enjoyed it

Dirty - not a “Honeymoon” experience

When we arrived everything appeared clean. However, when I went to close the blinds in the evening they were broken. When I went to get into the bed the sheets were paper thin and there was a plastic covering on the mattress which made the bed loud when you turned. Needless to say the skin touching the sheet could not breath under the the plastic. The next morning I was in the kitchen making coffee when a cockroach crossed the counter. OMG if roaches don’t spark dirty I don’t know what does. I immediately contacted the rental agent who contacted the maintenance department in the building. I won’t go into all the details but will say that we were there for three sleepless nights. The rental agent become uncommunicative and maintenance never showed up! There we were in a dirty unit with roaches. Couldn’t get the rental agency to work with us to refund our money, we were 1,000 miles away from home and days until our next destination. Need I say more?

cocktail bar, restaurant, outside snack and tiki bar were all closed under renovation, nothing mentioned in the listing about this.. Property had a nice view but condo is in need of upgrade. location requires you to drive to most restaurants and shopping,nothing much in walking distance.

nice place

It was about what I expected as I stayed there previously,very easy checkin ,plenty of parking in the parking garage and it is very secure with a pass card. The condo was nice and the owners were great to communicate with. I would give it 5 stars but compared to the rest of the beachfront hotels it was about the same.
