Appartement met één slaapkamer, twee volledige badkamers, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand, woonkamer heeft een uittrekbare queensize slaapbank en 2 comfortabele fauteuils. Unit biedt een volledig uitgeruste keuken met bar en eettafel met stoelen voor 6 .. Het belangrijkste verzamelgebied heeft een volledig uitzicht op de muur van de oceaan, het zwembaddek en de kustlijn. Woonkamer heeft veel comfortabele stoelen die ontspanning, film kijken of familieplezier ondersteunen. De Condo heeft een ruim balkon dat u aan de kust kunt bekijken of metgezellen kunt observeren bij het zwembad of de oceaan. De Royal Gardens hebben veel te bieden voor amusement voor alle leeftijden of rustig genoeg voor persoonlijke verfrissing. Zwembaden zijn binnen of buiten met grote overdekte jacuzzi. De beroemde Sam's Corner ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand voor heerlijk eten. Bovendien bent u slechts 0. 7 mijl verwijderd van de historische en leuke Garden City Pier. Graag tot ziens in de Royal Gardens.

The perfect spot

We had a lovely stay at this condo. It was clean and fit all our needs. The first floor was perfect for us. The accessibility to the pool and beach was perfect. The Salty Pickle was great as well with lots of good food, beverage choices and waitstaff. Our host Gary was very attentive and surpassed our expectations. We plan to return in the future.

Beautiful condo with incredible proximity to the beach!

The room is beautifully decorated and was very clean upon arrival. Appliances all appear to be updated and the kitchen had everything we might need to use. The owner was excellent about communication before, during, and after the trip. There’s also a little restaurant in the building called The Salty Pickle and we can’t recommend the burgers and Pickle Bloody Mary’s enough!

Great Stay at Royal Garden 102

We had a great weeklong stay at the Royal Garden Resort. The condo was as advertised online, extremely well kept and clean. The view from the balcony (and the living room) was awesome. Gary was absolutely great from the time I booked the condo until I left to come back home. Overall just a great place all around!

Best Condo Ever

My wife and I just spent a week at. The unit was very clean. All of the chairs and couches were comfortable so was the bed . Parking is great. The people working at the resort were very nice. Wonderful

Had a nice relaxing 13 nights here. Fantastic location, right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises, dolphins, and surfers could be seen from the living room and seen better in the deck. Gary was fantastic to deal with. He answered right back if I had any questions or concerns. The bed was quite comfortable and loved the ceiling fans. If your looking for a beach front getaway, this is definitely the place. Thank you Gary for letting us rent it. Can’t wait for next year.

Great Condo With An Amazing View

We really enjoyed our stay in Garden City. This condo was centrally located to golf courses, restaurants, and shops. The condo was very clean, and it had everything that we needed for our stay. Gary, the owner, kept us informed about the condo, and he was just a text or a phone call away if we needed to contact him.

Incredible view & outstanding property owner

This was our first time booking through VRBO and we couldn’t have been more pleased with Gary the owner. Immediately upon booking he contacted us to thank us for our reservation and stayed in touch over the course of several weeks up to our arrival - even sent a Happy Mother’s Day text! The condo was extremely clean, well equipped, very comfortable furniture and a incredible view of the ocean! Being able to hear the ocean from inside the living room was very soothing so much that I even slept on the sofa a few nights just to be able to hear the sounds of the waves. Will will most definitely be back and will recommend Gary to all of our friends. If you are looking for a home away from home on your next vacation this is your place. Gary thank you!

Garden City Beach

Property is very nice and the price is great. This condominium property is located feet from the beach, and this unit is on the first floor (1 level above the ground = pool and beach). There are two community charcoal grills on the pool deck, if needed. If you like beach views but don't like sand, then the pool is just right for you as it faces the ocean and is feet from the beach. Condo 102 is very nice, with original construction (no updated kitchen or baths) and all the amenities. The only issue we had was being able to stream movies on Netflix from the large Sony TV in the front room (I believe it was a TV issue, which I reported to the owner); we were able to stream just fine using the Vizio TV in the bedroom. All-in-all a great place to stay that is just 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach and 10 minutes north of Murrell's Inlet where there are plenty of good places to eat.
