    Situated on a lush inlet with distant views of the ocean, this spacious 3BR/3BA getaway is just 1 block from the shore. Located at the Sea Mark Tower, your pristine condo features three en-suite bedrooms - all with flat-screen TVs. Walk to shops and restaurants.





    Enjoy a crisp beverage or alfresco meal on the private balcony with inlet views. Or head to the on-site pool and hot tub.





    LIVING AREA





    Detailed with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase views of the inlet, the sunny and spacious living area provides ample seating and a 48” smart TV for movie nights.





    KITCHEN & DINING





    Whip up delectable dishes in the recently upgraded kitchen, appointed with ample cookware, handy gadgets including a Keurig machine, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.





    A breakfast nook accommodates four. An additional six-person table offers an inviting spot to enjoy dinner with inlet views.





    BED & BATH





    This condo sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.





    The tranquil master suite has a comfy king-size bed, 48” flat-screen TV, and balcony access. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower.





    The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and 32” flat-screen TV, while the en-suite bathroom provides a tub/shower combination.





    Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.





    OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

This was a great choice for our family vacation. Kitchen is well equipped, location is peaceful and in walking distance to the beach. Beds are comfortable, there is plenty of space for a family. Three bathrooms are definitely a plus. My only complaint is there is only one towel per person. There is a washer and dryer available but having only one towel requires spending vacation time doing laundry every day, which was frustrating. Overall a great place, very clean and a great location.

We enjoyed our stay! We were visiting for baseball at Ripken for the week. Great location as it was only minutes to the facility. Very clean unit and close to everything!

Amazing place to stay

This place was beyond nice! It was a beautiful condo. It was very clean and bigger than i expected! We absolutely loved staying here and will be booking this place any time we come down to Myrtle Beach!!!!

Beautiful, modern condo at Myrtle Beach

The condo was beautiful and modern! We loved the decorations, flooring and kitchen. It was nice to have 2 tables so you could play games or work a puzzle on one and eat at the other. The view from the condo of the inlet/marsh was beautiful. The breeze from the balcony was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience

We used as a base for our golfing vacation. Convenient to many of the courses we played. Lots of room. Clean. Everything worked! We had no issues which made for an outstanding vacation.

Great Myrtle Beach Vacation

Overall this was a great rental for staying in Myrtle Beach. Other than the couch and mattresses needing upgrading, the condo was very comfortable. Only other complaint was only one grill for ~72 condos. Within walking distance of the beach. Pool was a good size and clean, along with hot tub. Grocery stores and restaurants were close by. Very relaxing and peaceful.

Great place to stay

Im almost afraid to write the review, because we want to rent it again next year and do not want it to be taken. This condo was awesome, the views were surprising, extremely clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is only 2 short blocks to the beach. The full time residents were also very nice. If you want a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit, with modern touches, and great views without paying for beach front, we highly recommend it.

Beautiful apartment 1 block from beach

This apartment is in a well maintained apartment building with security on site and a nice pool. It is an easy 1 block walk to the beach. This unit has views of creek near the building and a nice balcony facing the beach. 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 3 adjoining bathrooms. Full sized washer, dryer and fridge. Parking is a premium in the area and the on site security does check for tags. A/C worked well. We enjoyed it!
