Er is een bar met een ijsmachine en een eetkamer met zitplaatsen voor achttien, inclusief zitplaatsen.

Great for Golfers and Beach lovers

Mr. Bugs House is a delightful, lovely home. The kitchen is well stocked and linens were plentiful. A fabulous deck with many rocking chairs and a great outdoor table for 8. Our entire group of four couples loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at Mr. Bugs in November. We celebrated our daughter's wedding at Atalaya Castle and Mr. Bugs was the perfect location for family and friends to gather. The view was incredible! The pictures taken the day of the wedding while the bridal party was getting ready almost look artificial. It was a wonderful wedding and celebration!

Great House - A Little Rough This Late in Summer

We have rented the house a number of times. We love the layout and hood furnishings. This time a number of the small appliances did not work properly (toaster, toaster oven, mixer). Also, there were ants in a number of areas including downstairs bedroom and laundry room. We have usually rented earlier in the summer when things are still working and fresh. Hopefully next year, things will be in a little better shape.

We battled ants in kitchen and saw a few roaches in bedrooms. Much of stainless flatware has disappeared. We had to use plastic or wash by hand to have enough……..spoons especially! Otherwise all GREAT

Our family has always enjoyed this house. We had a few issues this week that you timely attended to. We used elevator when we moved in, initial trip to grocery store and the third time to bring a handicapped, elderly family member up for dinner. The door would not open. We were able to get him off and did not use again. I am the grandmother, the host and not sure how much longer I will be able to stay with my family at Mr Bugg's house. This was the 79th consecutive year our family has been together at beach together!!! Hoping for 80th next year

This place was awesome! Accommodated our family beautifully. Everything worked....stove/oven, ice maker, dishwashers, lighting and, of course, looking at the ocean was terrific. I think one of the best things was that huge round table. All of us could sit around for meals, play cards, and be together. It lived up to my expectations. I will mention one of the bar stools kind of fell apart, but I actually think it had probably been worked on before. Also, the morning we left I noticed one of the arms on a chair on the deck was broken. To my knowledge, no one even went toward that end of the deck. We were at the table and used a couple of chairs. Also, I thought the house was extremely clean. I hope we have the opportunity to stay there again. Becky Landry

2nd Time at Mr. Bugs Summer House

We had a great time and really like this house our 2nd visit was not as good as the first visit. The house doesn't appear to be kept up as well. It is in need of fresh paint in several areas… particularly the bathrooms. Ants were in the master suite bathroom downstairs. Laundry room light kept going out upstairs even after Peace repair man cane out. The kitchen dishes/ bowls were fine but pots and pans and cooking utensils were lacking. Overall, towel supply was great except for dish towels. Also mor than one dish detergent pod should be included for a 13k rental with 2 dishwashers. The shower outside was not working- only the hose worked. We love the deck and especially the new furniture … great table for eating outside and lovely conversation area with the sofa and rockers.great updates on the deck. Peace Vacations was excellent to work with any time we had an issue. Very responsive. This is a great house but needs some updating to be competitive!

Dream vacation

The house was spacious, beautiful, thoughtfully furnished, well stocked with appliances and kitchen supplies, clean, and comfortably accommodated our four families. The propane tank on the grill was empty but we got it refilled and then a new one was delivered the next day when they came to spray for the ants. The only problem we had all week which wasn't resolved was ants everywhere, bedrooms, family room, and kitchen. We limited food to kitchen and tried to keep everything covered, but the broom was broken and there was no vacuum, so we couldn't keep the floor clean enough. I would still rate our stay 4.5, but without the ants it would definitely be 5 stars.

Getaway Weekend with Neighbors

Second rental of Mr Bugs, first time was for our wedding on the beach in 2019, couple of maintenance items to mention: elevator wouldn't work (even with the maintenance man coming by with the key on his way home from work). we had a guest that just had double knee replacement. not sure if this item can be addresses due to the salt,however all sliders in the great room/kitchen made terrible sounds when opening back stairs in need of a good powerwash (down to the driveway) very dark even with the small wall lights on, and slight cat urine smell very nice to see the new railings & stairs on the walkway to the ocean Enjoyed our stay, and house was very clean. From Good to Excellent

We love this house! But a couple of improvements would make it even better. This is our third year of renting this house. There definitely seems to be an ant/bug problem. We have had ants in the kitchen every year as well as ants and some bugs (including roaches ) in the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. Also, could all of the patio doors, especially the ones downstairs, be well-oiled? (The downstairs patio doors are very loud and squeaky when opened, and they often wake people up.) The kitchen sink faucet leaks all over the counter. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms need to be dusted. Having some storage containers with lids in the kitchen would be very helpful! We donated a couple to the house. Finally, there is a broken leg on one of the chairs in the family room that has been like that for a couple of years, making it hard to sit in. We appreciate the working elevator and refrigerators! We also like the new outdoor furniture! Thanks for your attention to detail. We look forward to next year!
