Penthouse Palace at Surfmaster, Huge Balcony, Private Hot Tub

Je hebt echt een eerste klas vakantie verdiend en wat is er luxueuzer dan een penthouse aan de oceaan met een eigen bubbelbad? Als je een zonaanbidder bent, is het paradijs hier, op een open terras van 850 vierkante voet. De grote open goed ingerichte ruimte biedt zonsopgang, zonsondergang en de hele dag zon. Ontspan in uw eigen bubbelbad terwijl u de eindeloze horizon bekijkt.

Binnen bieden de ruime, prachtig ingerichte kamers voldoende ruimte voor iedereen om zich te verspreiden, te ontspannen en van vakantie te genieten. Elke kamer is extra groot met veel comfortabel meubilair. De slaapbank en dubbele fauteuil met bekerhouders zijn gloednieuw! De woon- en eetkamer is omgeven door grote ramen van vloer tot plafond, zodat u zowel binnen als buiten op het dek bijna van het uitzicht kunt genieten. Een uitgebreide combinatie van venstertinten en aangepaste jaloezieën maken het eenvoudig om licht en warmte in de ruime woonkamer te regelen.

De keuken is goed uitgerust met moderne apparatuur. De kachel werd net voor Labor Day vervangen door een nieuwe keramische topreeks en de koelkast. De vaatwasser en wasmachine / droger-apparatuur zijn in december 2013 vervangen. Kasten zijn goed gevuld met kookgerei, borden, glazen en tafelgerei. Brede aanrechtbladen hebben ruimte voor uitgebreide voedselbereiding. De eettafel heeft ruimte voor iedereen, er is een bar en aan de muur gemonteerde flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer voor entertainment.

De grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een eigen balkon, grote kasten en een kleedruimte gescheiden van de badkamer. Er zijn tv's in alle slaapkamers. De tweede slaapkamer heeft ook een kingsize bed en een schuifdeur naar het balkon en de hot tub. De derde slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed. Er zijn twee opklapbedden naast de slaapbank. Alle slaapkamers hebben directe toegang tot volledige badkamers, met grote kasten en kasten voor veel opslag. Er is, natuurlijk, WiFi-internettoegang in de flat. Er zijn twee parkeerplaatsen per eenheid bij Surfmaster.

Kleine (minder dan 30 pond) huisdieren kunnen worden overwogen met individuele goedkeuring, met $ 200 extra huur. Neem contact op voor goedkeuring voordat u reserveert met huisdieren. We moeten het ras, de leeftijd en het gewicht van uw hond weten. Huisdieren zijn verboden tenzij ze van tevoren zijn goedgekeurd. Honden zijn in de periode van 15 mei tot 15 september tussen 08.00 en 17.00 uur niet toegestaan op het strand.

Garden City is perfect voor een familievakantie, weg van het verkeer en de drukte, maar nog steeds een korte rit naar attracties en meer dan 100 uitstekende golfbanen. Het uitstekende Conch Cafe is een korte wandeling. De pier van Garden City Beach, restaurants en winkels liggen ongeveer anderhalve kilometer ten zuiden van Surfmaster. De pier van Surfside Beach, restaurants, bars en winkels liggen 1,5 km ten noorden van het hotel. Slechts een korte rit naar het zuiden is de Murrell's Inlet "Restaurant Row", die de beste zeevruchten in South Carolina biedt. Luxe winkels en eetgelegenheden zijn een paar minuten ten noorden van de wijk Market Commons. Alle attracties, restaurants en winkels van Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand en de promenade langs het centrum van Myrtle Beach liggen net iets verder naar het noorden. Voor een unieke culturele ervaring toont Brookgreen Gardens een van 's werelds grootste collecties beeldhouwwerken van Amerikaanse kunstenaars in een weelderige buitenomgeving, samen met een dierentuin en een vlindertuin. Het is maar een paar minuten naar het zuiden, mis het niet.

Nice balcony and overall unit space - needs a little updating

Positives: unit is spacious; blinds are good for filtering out the sun's heat but still letting in light; kitchen has an assortment of dishes & utensils; furniture is comfortable and appears relatively new; mattresses are in good condition; balcony furniture is exceptional quality; balcony allows options for both sun & shade.Negatives: bathroom cleanliness was lacking & 2 of the 3 toilets stopped up on the morning of check-out; overall, the unit needs some updating (especially in the bathrooms); hot tub seems to have a few jets that are not functioning.

Beautiful Views

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Comfortable pillows and beds. Plenty of outdoor space with seating for everyone! We enjoyed the hot tub and used the deck area daily. We slept with the sliding door open to enjoy the ocean sounds, one of my favorite things about being at tge beach

The perfect location!

It is a beautiful condo. Upon entrance appeared clean but the bathrooms, floors around edges, tiles and floors in all areas need extra cleaning. It is a beautiful place to see details not cleaned. Hot tub was the cleanest I have ever seen, just like brand new. Deck appeared washdd off but next to wall stood dirt/debris. There were 7 bath towels (sleeps 8) that were thread bare. For such a luxiourious place I was disappointed. There were 2 cots but only sheets for 1 cot. Please note the mattress on the cot was very comfortable. The living space and overall layout of condo is perfect for the large group that wants to hang together. We had a great time. The kitchen was spotless. Checking in was a challenge because not all emails were received. I saw your copy of them but I still did not receive them. Since i was traveling so far it was hard for us to connect and i appreciate your effort but reality was i did not have code. Luckily someone came to office as we sat their waiting for a return call from you and they checked to see if there was an envelope for me. The envelope was there and all was good. Lesson learned.. bring your own bath towels and wash cloths. We did bring beach towels so that helped til we could buy some. We have been to the beach as a family for last 7 years and this layout fit our family the best. Thank you for providing a beautiful condo in a great location. Lynn Dennis

Surf master Penthouse

Overall, stay was ok. Condo is a little dated. Canvas awning was ripped and crew came in to take it down. There was a hole in the wall under the counter like someone had kicked it in. Water in the hot tub was green and needed more chemicals the first day. Towel bar and some glass mirrors needed repair. Bed coverings and shower curtain needed washing. Place could use a deep clean and some minor renovations. We were out every day golfing and were told by the management company that those things did not impact our stay. Overall, they did not but for the price you don’t expect issues like this. On a positive note, the view was beautiful.

Amazing stay again!

This is the second time staying in this condo. We love the layout of the condo. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are tremendous. The “beach “ closet filled with beach toys is an added bonus. The updates were noticed as well. The only issue we had, were the outlets in the bedrooms. They were loose and whatever we plugged in, would not stay. I will definitely stay here again though, because the view is spectacular!

Awesome Condo!

This was a perfect fit for us. We each had our own bathroom and bedroom!! The hot tub was a fabulous start and end to each day, and not having to share it with anyone else was amazing!! The view is gorgeous and the deck furniture is very comfortable and sturdy!! The toy closet , shown in the picture, has beach chairs, beach toys, wave boards and many toys for children. The washer and dryer provided extra conveniences. This is not the Ritz Carlton, but the views and the layout made it a wonderful vacation for us. There were games, books, movies and puzzles if we needed inside activities also. We did not have any issues with parking. Communication with management was outstanding! We would stay here again, in a heartbeat.

Nice view but needs to be updated

It was a great view, a great deck, and a great hot tub. The location was great and close to many venues. Hot water was luke warm at best and too many bugs (they need a monthly service to spray for huge water bugs). When we arrived there was a beer can on the deck of the master bedroom, dirty underwear in the second bedroom in the dresser, and too much sand on the bar stools. We left a chair outside the room one night and we got a warning ticket. We passed a room every night where a wagon full of beach stuff was left out every night and no one gave them a warning or they would have stopped. Faucets, cabinets, and the sliding door off the master bedroom need to be replaced. The price should not only be about the view but also the weekly maintenance needed to maintain a rental.

Property is dated, but we read reviews and expected that. Didn’t expect the leaking faucet in the bathroom. We would go back, but not for the price we payed this Summer. The view and the deck are fantastic!

Nice place

The condo was beautiful and was very clean. The view is amazing and with the exception of someone deciding to set off fireworks every night right outside our condo, the condo was quiet. You could not hear the people above you or next to you. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family and had a lot of comfortable seating for everyone. It’s very spacious and a lot of room for kids to run and play. The bedrooms were also a nice size. The deck was beautiful and plenty of space to gather. And as I said the view is beautiful. They gave us plenty of towels, blankets and pillows and were not in need of any of those things. The front entrance is really spacious and nice to be able to leave the beach stuff right there. The only real complaint I have about this property and it’s small one are the outlets. A lot of them didn’t work or things would not stay plugged in.

Gorgeous Views and Ultimate relaxation

The view as you walk in is breath taking!! It was everything we hoped for and more. Plenty of space, the hot tub a definite bonus!! Kitchen adequately stocked although I did add a few extras ;). It's a bit outdated and could use some updating but it suited us so really not a big deal! We stayed in the master suite and found it to be a bit warmer than the rest of the house but with the two box fans blowing on us, we slept comfortably. My only other minor complaint is there was never enough hot water. There was 6 of us and someone (usually me lol) was always taking a cold shower. We learned to stagger showers and some would shower at night rather than in the morning. Overall, I would recommend this property! The pool area was never very busy nor was the beach. Always able to find seating/space. We had a wonderful & relaxing vacation!!

Beautiful Views

The view when first entering the condo is amazing. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the condo was clean. It is a bit outdated and could use updating. The private hot tub was an added plus but the cover needs repair. Overall it was a wonderful family vacation.

Great views and layout

While it was cold during our stay the hot tub was a big plus for 3 teenage boys! The views are relaxing and the property had a great layout. There was an issue with the hot tub and was quickly addressed and fixed.

Breathe taking views!

We had a great vacation at Surfmaster. The grounds of the property are well taken care of, pool, parking garage, elevator..... The condo itself is in good condition. Everything was in good working order and it was just as expected from the pictures. It could use a little tlc & a good deep cleaning but we were very comfortable. The beds & furniture were very comfortable & the balcony is one of a kind with a hot tub & views that can’t be beat! The property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had. We would book this property again.

Mould, roaches, leaks

This property is not at all maintained proper. There were roaches in bedroom, under the hot tub, the air condition leaks non stop. There is mould under the bathroom sink, the garbage disposal does not work, the bedroom balcony door is possible to open. The property manager told us not to use one of the bathrooms from day one. 6 of us had a tough time with 2 bathrooms. They do sent repaint men, but with covid, you do not want people in and out all day long every day. Do not ruin your vacation and money. They do NOT even make an attempt to compensate for the inconveniences.

Stunning views right on the beach

The property's outdoor space was amazing and, unsurprisingly, was where my family and I spent most of our time. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the high top yellow chairs, and the sunsets from the hot tub. The interior of the apartment was pretty good as well. The family and dining areas are extremely large which was perfect for gathering to eat, play games, watch movies, etc. Two of the bedrooms felt more updated, but the third bedroom needed some renovation. Overall, the cleanliness was okay. We noticed some dead bugs scattered across the place, and when we moved the couch to get more space, we noticed no one vacuumed under it for quite some time. Those issues aside, this place really was special and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Everything was amazing. If I had any complaints it would be the master bedroom stayed very warm. It didn't seem like the air worked very well in there, but they had plenty of fans in the closet so that helped. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Garden City

We had a great time at the Surfmaster. The property was very clean and well kept. Yes, the decor may be a bit dated, but the beds were comfy, the view was exceptional, and we had everything we needed. The master bedroom does get some warm air coming through the sliding door, but nothing that can’t be remedied with one of the four fans in the closet. We will definitely be back!

Property is very nice - large deck to sun bath when to windy on the beach - only issue was the hot tub - it is to be serviced before every arrival and it was not - had to call for service/cleaning -just saying hoping the owners see this and communicate with the company who is hired so the owners are not being billed for service not provided.
