Charmant Mystic Home In Historisch District

Steenworp afstand van het charmante hart van het centrum van Mystic. Een historische, twee verdiepingen tellende eengezinswoning gelegen in een rustige buurt met parkeergelegenheid op straat voor maar liefst 5 auto's en ook op straat parkeren. Dit huis met 5 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers is al meer dan 87 jaar in onze familie. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft om te koken en ieders favoriete maaltijden te bakken. Voor uw gemak zijn er ook een gasgrill en twee picknicktafels om buiten te eten. Vier slaapkamers met elk een queen size bed en 1 slaapkamer met een twin en uitschuifbed bevinden zich boven, evenals een grote complete badkamer. Er is een 3/4 bad beneden, en een full-size futon gelegen in een kamer grenzend aan de woonkamer. Dit huis is gemoderniseerd met nieuwe wasmachine en droger, apparaten en verlichting. Window AC-eenheden worden geïnstalleerd van juni tot half september in elke slaapkamer, de keuken en de woonkamer. Beddengoed en badhanddoeken zijn aanwezig voor uw gemak. U bent slechts een paar stappen verwijderd van de cadeauwinkels, boetieks en restaurants van de binnenstad, waaronder de beroemde Mystic Pizza, Margaritas en de Daniel Packer Inn om er maar een paar te noemen. Minuten verwijderd van de Mystic Seaport en het Mystic Aquarium, geweldige attracties voor het hele gezin. Een korte rit naar het Esker Point Beach, Ocean Beach en de RI-stranden, evenals The Casino's en de Essex Steam-trein.

Wonderful home for a family vacation!

This was the perfect house for us to bring our kids and grandchildren for a Mystic vacation (6 adults and 3 children). There is a big, beautiful yard with toys and playscapes for the kids to run around and play while we watched them from the deck. The house was quite comfortable with AC units in each bedroom, a kitchen with everything we needed, and a playroom adjoining the living room so we could spread out. The host Tina is incredibly nice and very responsive, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Impeccably clean

I've never had a rental that was this clean when we arrived. Easiest check in, Tina was pleasant to work with. Walkable to downtown and resturaunts. The only surprise was that there is hallway upstairs, all the bedrooms are arranged in a circle with connecting doors. All but 1 have direct access to stairs, so not a problem, but plan that at least 2 rooms will use the downstairs bathroom at night.

Great spot.

The rental was perfect The host got back to me very quickly and was very accommodating to my needs. She was super. Everything you cold possible need plus some was provided. The property was very very clean, beds comfortable, a big yard with outside toys. My grandson 5 years old was thrilled and he enjoyed them very much. The property is very well maintained. I would highly recommend this property. On my next visit to Mystic I would definitely stay here again.

Another Lovely Trip!

We visit Mystic every year and have chosen to stay at this home for the last 3 years! We love staying here! The location is perfect within walking distance to downtown Mystic, everything you need is at the house, the house is clean, has inside games, movies, and a very nice outside setting as well including a grill, patio set, a swing set, and sandbox.

The house was the perfect location and had plenty of parking for a group that had difficulty coordinating arrival times with each other. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed exploring the little quirks of an old house that is completely updated. Make sure you check out the closets!

Family trip

This was the perfect house for our 3 families to get together. The house was clean and well maintained, the bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals, and the large yard with outdoor toys was perfect for the little ones. The house is a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the aquarium, seaport and local beaches. The bedrooms upstairs are connected- three bedrooms connected on one side, and two on the other. The king bedroom has its own entrance, and 3 of the queen bedrooms have their own entrance. You can reach the 4th queen bedroom by entering through the twin bedroom or through one of the queen bedrooms. If accessibility is a concern for any guests, it is important to note there is a two story staircase at the rear of the home, several cement steps to the front entrance. My mother in law needed some assistance with the stairs, we rearranged room assignments so that she did not need to use the steeper stairs to get to the bathroom at night. The bed that she had access to was a platform bed and a little high for her, but we made it work with a step stool. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, ensuring everything we needed was taken care of. We are so thankful to have had this home as a place to spend time with our family.

Comfy historic home close to everything

We enjoyed our stay in this roomy, well-equipped home. We walked to the Main Street where there are many cute shops and fabulous restaurants. Quiet, clean, and spacious. It is not an ultra modern streamlined home, it is an older home with character and charm. Thank you, Tina.
