'Great stay'

'The rooms are great! They have comfortable beds with a seat in the shower & are spacious. FYI: the AC & heat are controlled by a thermostat on the wall. The hotel offers a heated pool. The continental breakfast isn't that great. If you just want juice, coffee & a bagel then it's fine.'

'The new(er) owner is doing a lot of improvements to the property. The outdoor areas are beautiful with several large firepits and a nice pool. The rooms are small as most motels are but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.'

'I didn’t like to be honest. The phone line didn’t work and the tv didn’t either the first night. I had to ask to get it fixed. The tv had an adapter that looked like a camera and it scared me for a min. Till I covered it.'

'We arrived at the Budget Inn a little before midnight on a Friday night. We only stayed one night on our way to the Westerly beaches. The property and the room were clean and the staff was helpful with providing directions. It’s a secluded location with not much around or much to see, but it is clean and safe. There aren’t many amenities and very little soap, shampoo, etc. We wore shoes in the shower because although the bathroom was clean, it was clearly old and well used.'

'This was by far, one of the worst properties I have ever stayed at. Way too many people with day passes made it near impossible to move in common and pool areas. My child had a grown man cut in front of her and take her raft to go down, by himself. When the attendant was told, she shrugged. Paper thin walls. Long check in line. Melissa, who checked me in, neglected to program our wristbands correctly, allowing my children the ability to pay at property, instead of myself and my husband. This...
