'Daniel my personal assistant made this birthday trip for my daughter and I so much special . He arranged dinner at all the restaurants and surprises us with a birthday celebration at the steakhouse. Once we came back to the room it was decorated with balloons, chocolate covered strawberries and he left a birthday note for my daughter. We stay in the Star Class Junior Ocean View Suite. The room was clean and smelling pleasant every day.'

Veel klauter en klimwerk dan wel gebruik maken van transport middels buggies die permanent gasten naar hun kamers rijden. Hotel ligt vanaf zee bergopwaarts . Ligging wel vrij geïsoleerd, dus geen dorpjes in omgeving. Erg aangewezen op voorzieningen in hotel of het zeer kostbare Four Seasons hotel middels gratis shuttle transport op 10 minuten afstand. 'The location is pretty good but if you’re looking to explore on your own, rent a car. If you do rent a car be aware that the price you’re quoted never includes TPL (third party liability) and is required by CR law. It’s about $15-$20 a day. The resort itself is a decent layout, but be prepared for a lot of walking (and stairs) or waiting for the shuttle. 'Place was beautiful, stayed in a private house. The AC in the room was perfect. Bartender in the main bar was incredible. Didn’t like the pool bars closing at 5pm and wished they had activities that had people in the hotel get together. But everything was perfect.'

There is only one kitchen, and if you eat in the other seating area, the waiter has to leave and go to another building to bring your food. The food was poor in both quality and variety. The drink selection was also very limited, with very few liquor options available. 'Room with great view over the ocean (just shame that a car park with a container was in the way). Service generally good, depending on which member of staff you got. WiFi is unreliable. Restaurant food generally delicious. Room could be better insulated, I heard the family next door through the connecting door. W’a so-called “Whatever Whenever” service is not really that - I couldn’t get help for even simple things like a stamp for a postcard.'
