We do take bugs complaints very seriously at this location. We have certified pest control company who comes to inspect and does the service every month periodically throughout the year. Our pest control company just inspect the room but they did not find any evidence of any kind of bugs in the room or mattress. Once again thank you for bringing this to my attention.
