We would stay again. Excellent location. It was nearby all sorts of dining and activities. Beach was so close too. House was clean and renovated. Very comfortable place. Only issue was I missed reading the very clear rental agreement - bring/ rent or buy your own bed linens, towels and paper products. HomeGoods was close by to solve this.

Family of four, first time in Nagshead and the Outer Banks in general. House was clean, well-kept and in very good condition. Just the right size for a family of four relatively close to the beach and everything around. Great first impression, will definitely return!

Location was great! Short walk to the beach. House was clean and decorated beautifully! Only thing the living room has 2 outside /inside chairs that weren’t all that comfortable. Loveseat would have been perfect! We had 5 in our party. 3 adults and 2 children. Also, there was only a TV in one of the 3 bedrooms. Having TVs in each room would have been nice. The hot tub was great but there wasn’t a “true” filter. I think the one they had wasn't the right size but there was testing strips and chemicals to add if u needed to. The location was close to the Food Lion and all the things Nags Head has to offer. Loved our stay in this gem! We would book again.

Outer Banks Dream!
Amazing property and hosts - not a detail overlooked. We did it all Wright Brothers, Jockey Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, short walk to the most amazing beach. Fresh seafood all week. A big big thank you to the owners, we loved it!

Peaceful family getaway
We loved our stay - the property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and we appreciated the extra amenities for the beach. Hot tub was a bonus also! Location is great - walkable to the beach but we were able to find parking at the public access everyday. Quiet neighborhood is perfect for families.

Beach getaway in a very clean home
We had a great time at this house! It had everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, very comfortable furniture, and a great location 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. We will definitely rent here again next time we're come to this area!

"Lemonade Stand" refreshes again
2nd stay here. Great location. Great vacation getaway. Close to beach, restaurants, Food Lion, and area attractions. I dreaded our week coming to an end. Fun times inside (during rain) and outside (sunny days). Nice neighborhood for morning walks.

Amazing relaxing getaway
This property was so beautiful. Everything on the inside was updated and clean. The hot tub felt amazing and worked great. We didn’t have any issues there for the duration of our stay. If I had questions the property manager answered quickly and was very helpful. The neighbors were great as well! Would definitely rent this property again in the future!

Nags head noise
It should be noted that noise from highway 168 and exterior light at night from neighbors security lights are a definite negative aspect of this property. While it is a convenient walk to the beach and the food lion grocery it was very annoying to be so close to a very busy and noisy highway. The bedroom blinds are cheap and need additional blackout curtains or shades— neighbors lights made sleeping difficult. The hot tub setup was kind of a joke, having to be turned on and off at the breaker box in the upstairs bedroom. Finally, very surprised that the owner responses to our query concerning the house were promised but never delivered during our stay. If I were staying in Nags Head again, which I probably will never do, this would not be the place.

Very thoroughly clean. Property in good condition. The house was quiet throughout our stay. House and bed was very comfortable For our family of four and had all we needed. Very close to beach access. Jacuzzi was clean. Laundry room was great to have. Would stay here again. Bring an eye mask if you like to sleep in a dark room because of street light .

This house was great, wonderfully appointed, and very relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised to find all the beach gear you can imagine, as well as two cruiser bikes and a lot of toys for our 2-year-old. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach. and all the Nags Head has to offer.

Beautiful home, great location
Stayed here with friends for a relaxing beach trip in OBX. Beautiful home in the perfect location with easy access to the beach- which was not crowded at all during our stay. A few minor communication hiccups with the owner and the hot tub was out of order for our stay. Weather could have been better but we still managed to get in a few nice days. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Nags Head.

Great Property!
An absolutely perfect rental! Exactly as presented; very clean and appears recently updated. Very well-stocked kitchen with up-to-date appliances. Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults. We tend to travel on the shoulder season and this home did not show the wear and tear of the season at all. Loved the ground level social area with hot tub, picnic table and outdoor chairs. So nice to relax outdoors without baking in the heat. Hope we will be able to return soon for another late in life family gathering. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the home in Nags Head. It was a short walk to the beach and Brew Thru, very clean and decorated beautifully! We would definitely consider renting this home again. The only suggestion we would have is a screen door on the front to let fresh air in and not the bugs and a few ceiling fans. Other than that it was a beautiful home and a great location! Clean, Cozy, and Close to the Beach!
The reviews are true, this home is very clean. You can tell it’s very well cared for and is kept up as though they live here year round. The beds are comfortable and the house has all the amenities you need. The beach is two blocks away, a close distance to come back and forth throughout the day. The location is perfect at the end of Nags Head and the beginning of Kill Devil Hills, which is close to all the stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this home for OBX getaway. I know we will be back!

Perfect little beach house!!!
My kids (18 and 20 yrs old) and I spent a long weekend at this adorable beach cottage and had a wonderful time! This was our last vacation before my daughter ships out for the Air Force, and we wanted to just relax on the beach....so glad we chose this cottage! The house is exactly as pictured - great décor, CLEAN AS A WHISTLE, very well appointed, and perfect for our family! Could have easily had several more people stay with us quite comfortably (but was glad it was just me and the kiddos this time!!). The home is located a VERY short and easy walk to the beach. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away. So many things to do if you want, or just relax on the beach! Kim (the owner) was incredibly helpful and responsive to my emails and texts....truly accommodating and wonderful to work with! Would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone!! Five stars for sure!!!

Perfect family beach getaway!
The house was spotlessly clean, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. It was a short walk to the beach right at a lifeguard station. There was tons to do both right nearby (ocean and sound beaches, restaurants, mini golf, shopping etc.) and a little farther afield (we loved all the options on Roanoke Island and delighted in seeing the Black Bears at the Alligator River Refuge). At the house itself, we loved the front porch and the hot tub, the beds were super comfortable and the home had plenty of room for our family of 5 (including toys, games and movies for three rambunctious boys). We hope to be back again!

Perfect Beach House!
We have rented many houses in the past and this one is the best we have ever rented! We stayed for two weeks and felt like we belonged there forever! It was so clean when we arrived and had no problems. The distance to the beach was perfect. Even my 7 year old could walk back and forth with no complaints. The house’s location to stores and restaurants was awesome! We had such a wonderful 2 weeks in our happy place in this amazing little cottage! We would most definitely stay there again! We booked this house for our annual girls trip and were so pleased with our decision. It is by far the best rental we’ve had to date. Clean, flawless, and less than two blocks from the beach! You can tell that a lot of attention to detail went into the décor of the home from room to room. Everything has been thought thru – books to read, games to play, movies to watch, beach chairs and umbrella, and even drink koozies for the beach. The front porch was one of our favorite spots for breakfast, coffee, and afternoon reading or relaxing. The hot tub was easy to use and get up and running; unlike some other rentals we’ve had in the past. There are also perfectly placed shades around the hot tub to put down if you prefer to not be on display. All details have been perfected to ensure the best stay. Even the beds and pillows were super comfy! The closest entrance to the beach is just a short walk away and with all the surfers you have plenty of entertainment and people watching for the day. We also had some dolphin siting’s in the distance and crabs crawling around on the beach (you learn to love them). It’s not a crowded beach so you feel like you have your own private area. As far as the surrounding area is concerned, you have everything you need close by – grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, etc. We are so thankful to have found this home and highly recommend it! We will be back!

Lovely, clean, and well stocked home in a great location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this house and would love to return in warmer weather! The home is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with all the kitchen items, extra blankets, games, DVDs, books, and toys needed to make it a great stay. You DO have to bring bed linens and towels, paper products, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and bathroom soaps and toiletries. We loved the hot tub, bright and beautiful open kitchen and family room, and the lovely bedrooms and baths. All were super CLEAN!!! Beach access is a straight shot only a block and a half away. For dining out, we recommend The Kill Devil Grill for dinner, Stack’em High Pancakes for breakfast, and the Surfin’ Spoon for frozen yogurt! All very close by. Perfectly located to explore all of the OBX!

Such a cozy,beautiful and clean home. Great location to everything! Loved the hot tub and the front porch. It was in a quiet location but only two blocks to direct beach access. I didn't want to leave! After being there I wish I had booked a longer stay! I would definitely stay here again! I just wish check in and check out time were a little earlier and later. The home was very nicely equipped and very comfortable. The home was updated and nicely decorated with Beachy decor. Very close to the beach and beach access. The only thing was we could not get the DVD player to work and there were no instructions on changing the input to play with multiple remotes. We relied on cable for entertainment. I would recommend instructions on using the DVD and input connections.

I'm sorry you had trouble with the DVD. It's a surround sound receiver system that just needs to be switched from TV to DVD. We are just a phone call away, I wish you had called for instructions.

Super clean and close to the beach
The pictures don't lie. This house's decor was beautiful and it was a short walk to the beach. We had 3 young kids and they found the walk easy. What was even more remarkable was at this specific section of the beach was a lifeguard chair - perfect for young swimmers. House was well equipped (even toys for the kids). Owners left clear instructions. Will likely rent again.
