Guests can enjoy views of the golf course, stunning sunsets and even a glimpse of the Albemarle Sound. Recent renovations to the kitchen and both bathrooms give this beach house a fresh and upgraded look. Stylish yet practical LVP flooring runs throughout the home, ideal for sandy feet and paws. After a day at the beach or exploring Nags Head, come home and relax in the spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and electric fireplace. It provides direct access to the sun deck overlooking the first hole of the Village Golf Links. When you're not dining out at one of Nags Head's popular restaurants, prepare meals at home in the updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Take a relaxing soak in the hot tub before retreating to the primary bedroom, which includes a beautifully remodeled private bath. This suite is located on its own level along with a private sun deck for maximum seclusion. Two more bedrooms and a second full bath are located downstairs, including a fun space for kids with L-shaped bunkbed and foosball table.
