Surrounded by breathtaking ocean views, Ohana offers the ultimate setting for an unforgettable vacation. With 8 spacious bedrooms, each featuring a private bath, along with 2 half baths and an additional full bath by the tiki bar, this home is designed for both comfort and privacy. The interior is filled with natural light, and the open-plan living spaces make it ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing while gazing out at the waves, dolphins, and pelicans. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with granite countertops and updated stainless steel appliances—including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and two ovens—offers ample space for preparing meals with ease. Outdoors, you can savor the fresh ocean breeze while lounging by the private pool or soaking in the hot tub. A private walkway leads directly to the beach, making it easy for guests to enjoy the sand and surf at any time. Inside, the rec room features a pool table, and the home is equipped with Smart TVs, DVD players, and a stereo system with surround sound and outdoor speakers for the deck and pool area. The kitchen is fully stocked, featuring a beverage fridge, and two washers and dryers, ensuring convenience for every guest.

Recent updates make Ohana even more inviting. In 2025, refreshed furnishings and carpeting. In 2023, the pool was resurfaced, and a new beverage fridge was added. In 2022, the home underwent a professional redesign, with new living room and dining room furniture, updated chandeliers, and a completely remodeled pool cabana featuring granite countertops and cushioned seating. Fresh bedding was added to all bedrooms, new furniture was installed in the game room, and Polywood deck furniture was introduced. Numerous new kitchen items were also added to enhance the overall guest experience.

Pool Heat Fee: $600 ***Pool Heat NOT Available: June July or August
Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher, pool heat does not work if the air temperature is below 60 degrees), and that pool heat systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.
Beach Access Information – Village at Nags Head

All homes in the Village at Nags Head are located between Mileposts 14 and 15, with community beach access and a bathhouse available at approximately Milepost 14.5 (4329 South Va Dare Trail).

Parking passes are required to use the private beach access, and this home provides two parking permits for your stay. Guests staying in our oceanfront homes will enjoy direct beach access from the property and may not need to use the parking permits.
