Vakantie vereenvoudigd, geniet van het maken van herinneringen aan dit volledig gerenoveerde appartement aan de oceaan, met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers met uw dierbaren. Sweet Southern Pearl is centraal gelegen ten opzichte van vele geweldige lokale bezienswaardigheden, waaronder de onlangs gerenoveerde Jennette's Pier, het NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, off-road en vissen bij Oregon Inlet, prima en informeel dineren en nog veel meer.

Geniet van de prachtige zonsopkomsten, dolfijnen die spelen in de branding en het oceaanleven terwijl u 's ochtends koffie drinkt op uw balkon aan de oceaan. Eigenschap kenmerken omvatten: kabel, WiFi, directe toegang tot het strand, outdoor grills, 2 buitenzwembaden (gesloten in het laagseizoen) en een speeltuin voor de kinderen.

Slapen regelingen omvatten: Twee king-size bedden, een full-size bed.

Genieten van de tijd doorbrengen op het ruime 24 'x 6' veranda met uitzicht op de oceaan. Goed uitgeruste keuken, Aquasauna drinkwater en douche filtratie systeem (Geen flessenwater nodig), 2 (41 '+) flatscreen-tv's 1 (37') Flatscreen-tv en mooi terrasmeubilair maken het uitzicht nog veel leuker.

This was a wonderful little condo! Right on the beach with convenient entrance to the beach. We had just about everything we needed for a one week stay. We would definitely pick this place again for a future trip!

As a former beach condo owner who rented through VRBO, I can be very picky. That said, overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. Clean! The decor is a little tired and dated. Dining table is too large for the space and difffcult to use. Couch and area rug look very tired. Twin bed in second bedroom was two mattresses stacked on top of each other. Great view and location. Towels and bedding were good. Owner Manager was responsive. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen seemed to be well stocked

This is a perfect condo for just 2 ppl or 2 couples. The view of the beach from the balcony is priceless. We had breakfast out there every morning and it never disappointed. Centrally located to plenty of restaurants. Check in was seamless! Would definitely go back here again.

great view and location. Met our needs. A sponge and a dishtowel would have been helpful. Luckily I brought my own. We were comfortable for sure. You need coffee filters and the bathroom sink is starting to clog. This is just for information only for your restock team. We would come back.

The view was amazing, the condo was clean but is very dated and needs an upgrade. New furniture, area rugs and bedspreads would be a real improvement. The condo complex as a whole is dumpy with several old, parked vehicles with flat tires. Overall, the complex is not appealing.

We love this area of the OBX, and this condo was perfect! Oceanfront, waves, dolphins, sunrises, location ... everything. This unit is very well presented and the kitchen has everything you could want for a great stay. The location is perfect for the grocery store, local restaurants, and more. And I loved how the owner sent us a list of good local eateries shortly after we arrived. We loved this condo and will be back later this year!

There was mold on the shower curtain in the main bathroom, The toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall in the main bathroom. The dishwasher bottom rack with slam down every time you try to pull it out. The front door would not stay closed if it was not locked. Communication was very good with the owner no issues there

The condo is very easy to locate, we have stayed nearby before and are familiar with the area. There are a multitude of very good restaurants close by. Manteo is a quick trip one direction and you have Food Lion less than 3 miles the other direction. We enjoyed the off season walks on the beach with very few people.

The placement of this apartment nearly at water's edge was the best element of our visit as we could enjoy the ocean day and night from the spacious balcony or take a one minute walk to the beach. The building is unassuming and there are some minor cosmetic maintenance issues but everything is in good working order. The residents of the neighboring apartments are very polite and friendly and the area feels very safe, and everything that one could need is available nearby. The building has excellent acoustic properties and one rarely hears any noise from the neighboring apartments. The apartment has adequate room for a family and we appreciated that linens were provided. The beds and pillows were reasonably comfortable and the apartment was very clean with no sign whatsoever of pests. The furnishings are starting to show signs of wear but the proximity to the water makes up for this minor deficiency. We would have liked more comfortable seating in the living area (sofa looks comfy but is not) and some task or reading lighting in the living room and the very dim back bedroom would have been welcome, but otherwise we were exceedingly happy with our stay. Thanks to Amy for hosting us in the beautiful Outer Banks.

We had a great trip. The condo has a nice view of the ocean, and very easy ocean access. It was clean inside, and had everything we needed for making small meals. We did not need the help of the property managers, but it was nice to know they were there. Compared to other condo listings I saw beforehand, this is definitely the way to go!

My family wanted a week long vacation at the beach. The location of the property was perfect! The area is loaded with wonderful restaurants. The beach is clean and the sand is perfect! Not crowded but we were there in early May. Sweet Southern Pearl is a comfortable condo and it’s a very easy walk back to the condo. Highly recommend!

View was the best - ocean front with waves crashing all day. Sunrises are out of this world. We could have not asked for better view and condo. Caretakers were amazing... gave us good advice on things to do. Communications with the owner were also impressive. If you are in Outer Banks - this is the place to stay.

Short get away and the southern pearl was a perfect location. The host communicated well with any information. We were pleasantly surprised that we were steps from the beach. Absolutely beautiful sunrises! Very nice and comfortable & clean condo, with everything needed to enjoy. Super close to Jockeys Ridge & First Flight Museum. Close to grocery stores. We would definitely book this rental again. Can’t wait to come back!
