Gelegen aan een rustige doodlopende weg op slechts 5 minuten lopen naar Bonnett Street Beach toegang, de locatie kan niet kloppen! Wij beheren en reinigen het huis zelf - u zult geen schoner huis vinden !!!

    Slechts een blok verwijderd van het NIEUWE Dowdy Park! Er is een grote speelplaats voor kinderen en er zijn zomerconcerten in de bandopstand!

    Naast dit geweldige nieuwe park - we zijn op loopafstand van Tortuga's Lie, Lucky 12 Tavern, Galaxy Mini Golf, Morningview Coffee Shop, The Spot Ice Cream, Nags Head YMCA, Waveriders Deli en natuurlijk het STRAND!

    Adam en Amanda wonen in Chesapeake, VA met hun 2 jonge zonen. We hebben er altijd van gedroomd om een ​​strandhuis te bezitten en dit jaar zijn onze dromen uitgekomen! Adams liefde voor onroerend goed en Amanda's passie voor antiquing en interieurdecoratie maken van hen het perfecte duo om een ​​vakantiewoning te beheren. We had a wonderful stay in Nags Head! The home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. The beds were especially comfortable, and we appreciated the excellent showers with plenty of hot water and great water pressure.The host was fantastic to work with, staying in touch before our trip, providing clear and detailed instructions, and making sure everything was ready for our arrival. The location was also a highlight—we loved having access to the bikes and being able to easily walk or ride to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions without needing to drive everywhere. Beach access was convenient and easy to find as well.Overall, we had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful & peaceful family trip

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house a quick 5 minute walk from the beach! Amanda & Adam were great hosts and the house had everything we needed, and was walkable to a lot of restaurants/bars near the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Five star rating in every category! Amanda is easy to communicate with; the accommodations are very clean and welcoming; the location is perfectly situated within a few minutes walk to the beach and beautiful park. Also, all of Amanda’s recommendations for area eateries/attractions are spot on! We very much enjoyed our stay at this well stocked and appointed home. Our dog gives it 5 stars too.

House was very clean and had all the necessary things to make our beach stay comfortable including beach chairs and bikes. It is tucked away in a quiet location but still close to lots of OBX activities. Would highly recommend this place!

Charming Home

Spent a long weekend here with some old friends from high school and we had a wonderful time even despite some iffy weather. The place was extremely clean and cozy, with many thoughtful little touches throughout. The walk to the beach is not too far, and we enjoyed being able to walk/bike to some nearby restaurants. Amanda was a great and communicative host. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

Great for families.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Amanda’s house. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable just like the pictures show. Short walk to the beach, park & restaurants. Really nice location. We had a great time and enjoyed our trip even in off season. Neighborhood is nice and maintained. Kids loved the bunk beds and the toys & books that were provided. Plenty of places to explore nearby.

We could tell this home was cared for and loved. Amanda and Adam were responsive and so helpful. The house was so clean and just the right amount of space for our family. We particularly loved the screened porch and walking to The Spot for ice cream and coffee. Highly recommend!

Nice place for an OBX getaway

Had a great visit in Nags head at this property! It was our first time in OBX and the location was perfect for us to head north one day and south the next to explore most of the islands.The park nearby was very nice. Lots of activities to do there (basketball, pickleball, horseshoes, etc).Some great food/ice cream within walking distance. Including the beach.House was very clean and had everything we needed. Well thought out in covering all the amenities.Host was an excellent communicator and always available should we need anything. Gave some great recommendations of restaurants and places to see. Would definitely stay again!

We didn’t want to leave

The home was exactly as pictured, clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. My family had a wonderful spring break. The location was convenient, 5 min walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes to the coffee shop, ice cream and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking family meals. Loved little details like white noise machines in every bedroom and children’s books to read to my kid every night. We also really enjoyed having access to the bikes to ride around the neighborhood, especially to the park nearby. We’d absolutely stay again!

Perfect house in a perfect location.

This was the perfect house for our family of five, outfitted for a week of beach time. It was HOT a few of the days while we were here, but the AC kept us cool. We cooked most of our meals in, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The street is a dead end, so it’s quiet, which is really nice. I was able to walk to Food Lion for little grocery purchases, and the beach wagon was a godsend for the short walks to the beach. There is also a farmers’ market on Thursday mornings about a block away. All in all, the owners are responsive, and it was a great vacation rental experience.
