'I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. They made me feel very welcome. There are many security measures to ensure guest safety. The cleanliness is also very good.
The breakfast has many options for all tastes. The Indian resturant is also very lovely with a fantastic view. Robinson and Joseph where very nice as well!'

Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties.

We've stayed at Ibis Styles before and sadly faced the same issues again. While the rooms and environment are beautiful and inviting, the guest service falls short. Both times, we were wrongly asked to pay for "early check-in" despite our booking clearly stating check-in was at 10 AM. De kamer zou de royal suite zijn, maar geen bad. De zgn 'suite' was een voormalige omkleedruimte. Wel heel groot en een balkon. Er was geen spa/ sauna of fitness zoals op foto's. Most concerning, my fiancée—who is a woman of color—was twice subjected to unfair treatment. On both visits, she was asked to prove her stay, unlike me. Most recently, a security guard followed us from the rooftop bar to our room, questioning her presence even though she had already been checked in for two days.
The management seriously needs to address staff attitude and discriminatory behavior. Until then, we can't recommend it in good faith."
