The place was not what it showed online. bathroom dirty. I could not even take a bath in there. Put the right pictures and be truthfull about the place please. This should be a $10/night and not $51. It was a horrible one night. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Everything about this hotel is Excellent apart from the road that need to be tarred. Christy, Sinthia, and the other staff are very accommodating, if I have any reason to go to Kenya I will definitely lodge there again.

The staff mad it ok
Really nice staff but the location is not that good with a terrible road to get there. The ved was very worn and you could here everything going on in the rest of the house. This is more like a homestay then a hotel.

The property was a large house in good condition. The staff were friendly and it was clean. Unfortunately it's position, although close to the airport was only reachable along an unmade road. It was not possible to walk anywhere easily

TRANSPORTATION WAS HARD AS THE ROAD IS VERY BAD. They couldn't even recognize me and wanted to charge me until I threatened to pull out the email showing I had paid. The attendant tried to give me a single bed when I had paid for A Double bed.

Excellent accueil de la part de Christine qui se propose toujours de vous venir en aide. Repas simple mais bon . Je recommande pour un transit par Nairobi. Proche de l’aéroport et de la gare Terminus. Très bon deal qualité/prix.

This was my thrid time staying at Palms, I have always felt welcomed upon arrival at the airport with a pick up and transfer to the Guesthouse. The property is very clean, staff is eager to assist in making your stay comfortable. They offer a wonderful breakfast and dinner should you wish to have it there. I always arrive late at night. My bags are taken to my room where there is a bottle of water and I am brought a nice warm tea to help me relax and get sleep to be ready for my next day.

Stolen laptops and more.
Don't stay at this hotel! Dirty room, dirty bathroom, dirty toad..we were ok with all that but our laptops were stolen from locked ( double) bags they stored for us at a fee. They are smooth talkers. Owner above all. We left early and made a police report. This place is a scam. There is a strange person hanging at the lobby. Feel free to reach out. I can provide details.

For all our aspiring guests kindly get in contact with us for more details on the above subject. Sorry Merid that you lost your 2 laptops in an unclear circumstance, yes you left us with your 4 luggages which were all locked and you also confirmed that they were all locked upon arrival, we were willing to help you report this to the authorities but you chose to leave our hotel instead. It is quite unfortunate but we also hope you can find them.

Pleasant stay
The facility was pleasant and the workers were very friendly and helpful. It was out of the way on a poor road, but the manager provided helpful transportation. We appreciated the lift from the airport but would have enjoyed a larger car for 3 people and our luggage. It worked but was tight. We also were very happy with the safari Christy arranged with Blue Moon Safari. Excellent!
