This is more like a Air B&B and not an actual hotel. Challenging to accommodate late check ins. Our Driver had to wait outside the gate and call to wake up the owners. Expedia did not explain that this place was not a hotel.

The staff were nice and very helpful especially the manger Christine. I was disappointed with the cleanliness, the dinning sink was never cleaned the stains I found on my first day were there until I left, the towels in the room were dirt as well as the towel in the dining area. It was never changed. With covid it was a bit scary. I never used them

A nice short stay.
The one night stay was okay. The ladies attending to us were fantastic and helpful. The rooms are spacious and neat. Very nice shower with warm water. Bedding could be improved upon. Location is ideal for airport and very serene but the road to the place is bumpy. The GPS location was off, the place is much nearer the main road (Mombasa Road) and Gateway Mall than shown on the pin. Pick up from airport or drop off can be arranged as well as local drives. Breakfast was okay.

Christine, the manager, gjorde alt hun kunne for at oppholdet vårt skulle bli perfekt. Bra Wifi. God mat. Flyplasstransport. Fin beliggenhet i forhold til flyplassen. Meget trykt.

공항과 가깝지만 흙길을 돌아가야 숙소가 나타나요. 혹시 초행길이라면 숙소에 연락해서 픽업하러 나오라고 해야 해요. 밤늦게 도착해서 그길을 택시타고 가려면 여자 혼자는 무섭습니다. 과거엔 꽤 잘사는 가정의 주택을 숙소로 개조했나봐요. 거실과 식당은 크지만 일반 호텔이나 게스트하우스와는 달라요. 매니저는 매우 친절하고 정보를 많이 알려주고 필요하면 시내의 중요한 장소에 델리버리와 픽업을 해줍니다. 무료는 아니구요, 서비스챠지를 해야합니다.

Kind and lovely people who are genuine and friendly. Christine was most accommodating and helpful. very nice to talk with. Derrick was soft-spoken and respectful and very hard working. I enjoyed meeting both of them, and made me feel very welcome and appreciated. I stayed one night in a separate house as the main house was full. but got transferred in the morning to lovely main house. I simply needed to rest after a very long flight where I couldn't sleep. The adjacent house was comfortable, but not really ready for guests. The main house was beautifully appointed and I would recommend staying there. Overallit was a great experience to stay there, reasonably priced, home cooked meals, and a staff that would have taken me to see the sights of Nairobi if I had more time to spend with them. I enjoyed my stay and hope to return in the future.

Super clean and friendly. Great value for the price and near the airport. They can organize transport easily to and from JKIA if needed. They're ready and waiting for you like you are family coming in to town :).

First- this is homestay. There is no sign to distinguish this property from.the neighboring homes. I had expected a hotel property. Also, do not attmpt to use google maps to get there it is several km away from where my app sent me. Omce uou do arrive there is no sign to distinguish it from the nearby homes.That being said, Christine is delightful and quite helpful. The property is near the Jomo Kenyatta Internatiinal. The house is clean and comgortable as is the neighborhood. I would stay here again amd recommend it to others.
