Groot huis met drie verdiepingen en uitzicht op het meer op 1254 Prather Dr. Nancy KY, minder dan 1,6 km van Lee's Ford Marina en Pulaski County Park. Genoeg ruimte om in te verdwalen. Een ruime open plattegrond om grote bijeenkomsten te houden met veel oprit voor parkeren en / of boten, samen met een zeer grote garage voor 2 wagens. Vier slaapkamers (2 koningen, volledig, en een volledige / twin stapelbed) met een extra cuddy (3 aparte bedden) kamer. Twee volledige badkamers op de bovenverdieping, een complete badkamer op de hoofdverdieping en een half bad beneden. Open plattegrond op hoofdniveau met overal een volledig uitzicht op het meer. Twee slaapbanken lederen tweelingbanken op hoofdniveau ook. Kelder met volledige entertainment bar, pooltafel, shuffle board en tafelvoetbal tafel, pokertafel, theaterzaal. Meer dan 2.000 vierkante meter aan dek zorgen voor het volledige geluid van alle actie op het water. King-kamers met eigen Juliet-balkons. Hoofdniveau vloerafwerking volledige lengte van het huis met loungen. Lager niveau decking off bar / entertainment gebied. Wasruimte op hoofdniveau met wasmachine en droger en wasbak. The view was amazing and the host responded to all of my questions quickly. Our only issue was the house next door was having construction done and it was so loud, jack hammering and semi trucks coming and going. We know the owners have no control of it, but a heads up would have been nice. We loved the house and the it was perfect for a family vacation.

Nice place!

The house was exactly as described. Our family enjoyed the basement game room/ movie room the most. There were a couple things that would have made it better but was definitely out of the owners hands. The bridge was out so if you needed anything from Somerset, it took 30 minutes to get to instead of 5 minutes. The organization of the kitchen utensils (pots, pans, appliances, etc.) could definitely use some work. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone who asked.

Gorgeous view

I can’t say enough nice things about this house. The home was clean, kitchen huge and made for lots of people, beds were comfortable. Lots of room. The neighbors (especially Danny) were all so nice and friendly. The view is perfect. The house is full of things to do on a rainy day. We will definitely return, hopefully with our adult children as it’s a big place for just two people. We are looking forward to a return visit!

Labor Day at Prather Place

We had a guys trip to Lake Cumberland and this house was awesome! Plenty of rooms, great game and media rooms, an awesome view of the lake, and plenty of beds! I would highly recommend staying here and checking out the local island golf course.

Lake Life

Stayed at Prather Place for a long weekend with my family of 8. The house was clean as others stated. You do need to leave air curtain on because of gnats in kitchen like Summer says in her notes. Kitchen was ginormous with 2 islands so multiple people could help prep dinner after day at lake. House was huge except for master bathroom. Only way you can describe it as taking a shower in a ‘phone booth’. Wasted space in walk in closet could go a long way to upgrading that bath, but that million dollar view made you forget pretty fast!!…Summer answered my text immediately when I needed to know about kitchen appliances, and her text right before you arrive giving you info about the neighborhood was very helpful. Another helpful person was Danny the neighbor.. if you are putting in a boat it was faster and less hassle to put in at Pulaski Park than Lee’s Ford Marina

House is very nice. Deck, basement, and neighbors were awesome.

2 K, 1 F, 1 F/T bunk, and 3 full size twins in what we called the Harry Potter room which is off the room with the Bunk. Very large kitchen, we cooked daily. Beautiful view.

We had a wonderful time with family at this VRBO. The view was incredible, just what you're looking for when you're staying at a lake...plenty of deck to enjoy it. Summer was very easy to communicate with. The kitchen was amazing as was the family room. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy meals and activities. The downstairs was out of this world with 2 game rooms and a home theater. A definite hit with the whole family...8 adults and 3 children.

Great view of Lake Cumberland. The whole family loved the game room. The upstairs showers were small. Kitchen was well stock but a little unorganized. Would of liked an ice machine in the freezer. Had trouble with the dishwasher and Summer took care of it right away. Laundry baskets in the bedrooms were a nice touch.
