'We LOVE 21 Broad. We make it a point to stay here whenever we come to Nantucket. It’s so charming. The staff are all friendly and helpful every single time. The morning coffee and continental breakfast is great - there are a lot of options from yogurts, to gf doughnuts, to eggs with a savory salt. Yum! The back patio is quiet and cozy. You can’t beat the location. There is a bonus front porch with chairs for people watching or just resting your legs after a day of shopping at all the great shops...

'Great locations; easy walk to everything: shops, restaurants, beaches, ferry and bus stop. This is a small guest house with 4 rooms, nice sitting area large table in dinning room and small porch. Very clean. One maid present during the day otherwise no staff. Would definitely stay here again. '
