PROPERTY OVERVIEW

The ground-floor 1BR is in the heart of the world-famous Napa Valley. Take in expansive views of the lush property and Atlas Peak from the private covered patio.

Enjoy Silverado amenities, including access to the seasonal pool, nature trails, and a full-service spa.

LIVING AREA

Unwind in the living room furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy the 42in TV with cable.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen comes with a full suite of upgraded appliances and ample counter space. Gather for home-cooked meals at the four-person dining table.

BEDROOM & BATH

The bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed, 42in TV, armchair, closet, and access to the private patio. The en-suite bath includes a tub/shower combination and separate water closet.

OUTDOOR AREA

Sliding glass doors open to the private covered patio complete with a bistro table and two chairs. Grab a cold beverage and enjoy views of the driving range and verdant grounds.

EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, access to a seasonal heated pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day), hiking and biking trails, a spa, and on-site restaurants and shops. Parking is available for two vehicles in the uncovered parking lot.

Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Vacasa and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests.

While we highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public.

Vacasa guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center. Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.

Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo community pool located near your rental.) Please contact Vacasa if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests.

LOCATION

Located on the Silverado Trail in Napa Valley, the Silverado community offers a prime location for visiting the 400+ wineries and the local food scene. Lined with wineries offering tours, wine tastings, and incredible views, the Silverado Trail boasts hot spots including Darioush, Frog's Leap Winery, and Duckhorn Vineyards.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
