'This is a 5-Star hotel across the board. From the moment we pulled in to the Valet, everyone was welcoming and helpful. We had a short tour of the property with the Reception Host upon check-in, showing off the highlights of the property. Tranquil, Relaxing, Peaceful, worth a return visit soon, are all words/phrases that come to mind. We hope to be back again sooner, than later.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is really luxurious and the facilities are really nice and cosy. We also rented bikes and used the gym, both were excellent. The location is also great and alows you to walk to the many restaurants, shops and wine tasting locations in Yountville. We would definitely stay there again.'

'Our stay at Senza was very disappointing. We’ve stayed at many hotels that cost far less than the nearly $700 per night we paid here, yet received much better hospitality and service. Service was poor from the start. We had to ask for the advertised welcome drink, and several other guests were doing the same. The hotel also appeared understaffed. At the bar, we waited over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. Our room was clean, but we booked a Vineyard Suite expecting the experience...

'This property is very well maintained and close to downtown Napa (under 12 min drive). This is my second time staying and possibly one of the busiest times. There were 2 weddings and 1 conference taking place at the same time. I had 2 issues that were not handled well and both pretty significant issues. I was told management would follow up with me and that never happened. I know with these 3 events staffing and customer service can be delayed for the other guests, so I was trying to be...

'This B&B is in a lovely old house, the kind of place I'm always looking for. The self check-in was a bit odd, since part of the charm of a B&B (to me anyway) is a warm greeting from the host. In the same way the breakfast service on our first morning, a Thursday, was kind of impersonal. There was no host in sight but several tables set for guests. We were rather at a loss for what to do until other guests said we should go ahead and sit down and our meal would be served. The food came out after...

'Advertised Full breakfast included and it was not. Reason I choose this location from 4 other ones. TOTAL MISLEAD TO GET CLIENTS. THIS WAS A VERY ESPECIAL 35 YEARS WEEDING ANNIVERSARY. Valve to adjust water temperature was stuck in hot??? Not even a couple water bottles as complementary. Staff were good, but lack of decision-making to improve relationship. I wouldn't be returning.'

'The one critique was that the hotel charged me for taking a book from the room. We never took anything. The staff was very helpful in fixing this in our invoice, so all was fixed.'
