Amazing!
We had a fantastic stay in Feb 2024. There was a ton of space for our family, lots of things in the kitchen for our use, and the furniture and bedding and towels were all quality. We spent a week at this condo, and my family enjoyed being able to return in the afternoons after a full morning to be able to relax. It felt like home!

Good location but overpriced
Location was good however listing said luxury condo…maybe back in 1980 when it was built but it is a tired unit needed a refresh. Had a couple cockroaches and ants. Dan the maintenance guy was helpful. But based on the unit not being luxury was not worth the money. I would say the price should e half of what they asking

I stayed here with my family. I felt the location was good, but you did have to cross a street and cut through condo's to to get to the beach. I would not describe the unit as luxurious or a gourmet kitchen. It was a bit dated and felt like a rental. Worked OK because we were out all day.

A fantastic location and a comfortable place to stay
We travelled with a big family group, total 8. The teenage boys stayed in the living room on the pull out sofa and air mattress the rest of us enjoyed the rooms. We loved being able to cook/grill big family meals to help save money during our trip. Manager was very quick to answer any questions. No problems with this stay it was very nice! Thank you!

We had an amazing time at your home it was set up so nice looks just like the pictures. The unit was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the grill and the easy access to the beach. Not to mention all the beach 🏖️ chairs, towels boogie board and more we wanted for nothing And the backyard is a true oasis 😍Beautiful!! They only thing we didn’t like was leaving

Beautiful home and great location
We had a great time at this home. Very close to the beach (2min walk) and very nice neighborhood. Home had everything we needed, we grilled and ate Al fresco a couple if times. We found a path on the beach for the beautiful morning walk. Would totally recommend and come back!

It was ok. We had been approved to check in early. Upon arrival we found that the unit had not been cleaned. After calling the owner, the Cleaning men came. One had sunscreen all over him because he had just been plucked from the water. The cleaners had excuses of why the unit had not been cleaned. After that it was hard to be comfortable with our stay having started off with filthy conditions. There was nothing offered for the inconvenience of that, being home during cleaning, not fully cleaning because we were I. The way and having the cleaners question me as to why we flew in at the time we did.

Our goal is guest satisfaction and comfort. Our standard policy is to not allow early check-in. During busy season we cannot always guarantee that housekeeping can have the house cleaned and ready before regular check-in time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The location was a short walk to Napili and Kapalua beaches, which was fantastic! Kitchen was well set up. There is a two car garage, but one of the spaces is used. Lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, boogie boards). Worked well for our group of seven (6 adults and one child). Nice property and stay!

Excellent stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is nice and clean and there was nothing to complain about. The kitchen was nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable. It would have been nice if there was a small chest of drawers in the smaller bedrooms to avoid living out of a suitcase for a week. The beach was a short walk but you must be careful as the road is fairly busy. There is shopping near by and plenty of places to eat. The washer/dryer is in the garage, which is not connected to the house so you must go outside to access them. There were plenty of beach items, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc., but it would have been great to have a wagon to cart them in. Overall, this was a great place to stay.

Beautiful property in an excellent location
Our family absolutely loved staying at this property. It’s proximity to a number of beautiful beaches (a few witching walking distance) made it ideal for our family vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, and the availability of beach towels boogie boards, and other amenities was so nice. Curtis was very great to work with, and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for beach time!
This property is located a very short walk to Napili Cove. The condo is comfortable for two couples and children or a large family and offers more than enough beach accessories - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys. The kitchen is very well stocked both with utensils and pots/pans as well as cooking essentials. The patio out back is great for outdoor grilling and dining. The master bedroom/bath is huge and the other bedrooms are relatively small but comfortable. The condo could use a fresh look but since we weren't inside except to cook and sleep it didn't really matter! I would definitely rent again!

Lovely place in Kapalua
Very nice condo, not on the water but just a few minutes walk away from both Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Curtis, the property manager, was very responsive. Kitchen is very well fitted out, as well as beach equipment.

Convenient rental in beautiful location
Location is key! Nestled between two beautiful beaches, one a 5 minute walk and the other 10 minute walk. So glad we had this rental in the stormy visit to Maui! Was nice to be able to retreat here to the condo instead of a hotel room. Vrbo is the way to travel! Having a full fridge and way to cook was also nice. Very hard to get restaurant reservations right now with places being at 50% capacity. Enjoyed our stay at the condo! Clean linens, beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. Should have brought our Roku for the living room tv…they have cable and dvd only there.

Great house in a great location.
Overall we loved this house. Location was a 10 - short walk to Napili beach, grocery store very close, Lahaina maybe 16 minute drive. For families it is a 10 - tons of beach accessories in the garage, tvs in every room with cable, bath tub in guest bath. Only negatives would be the price (seemed a bit high), a small ant problem in the kitchen, and check out time, 10am and our flight was at 930pm. Also we could not find a shower at the Napili beach.

Enjoyed our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I stayed with another couple at this property and really had a good time. It was 5 minutes to the beach. It was only a 15 minute drive to Lahaina and Whalers Village. The place was clean, ample room for four people to move around. We had use of the private garage which was great because we are scuba divers and were able to stage our gear there each morning and hang it dry. There is also a nice little patio with a table and umbrella right outside the kitchen. The condo was nicely appointed. The kitchen appliances like the stove, oven, and dishwasher and the shower fixtures are a bit dated and could use an upgrade. However, overall, it was a great location and we would definitely come again.

Convenient Location off the Beach
This property is conveniently located between two beaches (ranging from a 3-10 minute walk) and a short drive (~10 minutes) to Times grocery store, Paradiso Pizza, Fish Market and an even shorter drive (~3 minutes) to Napili market and Maui Tacos. The property has a big driveway and washer/dryer in the garage. All modern conveniences were provided. For those with kids, we highly recommend bringing toys. There isn't opportunity to "wonder" the property or things to occupy them when inside. Beds were very comfortable (though, a rooster calls daily at 4:30am) and the warm water never ran out. There were ample towels provided and beach toys. We are overall very grateful for our stay!

Our family of four really loved this property. It was very clean, and everything worked. Plenty of space for everyone and a well equipped kitchen. We really appreciated the beach chairs and multiple sizes of boogie boards as well. The location is perfect as it's about a 3 min walk to Napili Bay and maybe a 6 min walk to Kapalua Bay, so you are spoilt for choice, and it's easy to stroll down to snorkel or watch the sun set. There's plenty of parking and the condo area is nice and quiet. Communication from the property manager was really clear and timely. We would highly recommend this rental!!

Short walk to the beach!
We were pleased with the very close proximity to Napili Beach and lots of gear available in the garage for our use. The home was not as clean as desired at check in, but the manager was pleasant and prompt in responding to our complaint and sent the housekeeper back that same day. Kitchen is well stocked. The neighboring roosters are noisy in early morning hours and the windows/walls are thin! Overall a great trip and comfy home to stay in.

Excellent location and property.
This property provided everything we were looking for to serve our vacation. Clean and spacious unit with all the kitchen accessories that you would need. Plenty of towels and extra pillows/ bedding. Loved having beach towels, chairs, floats, body boards, etc to use at the beach. Napili bay beach was perfect and only about 300 steps away. Would highly recommend this property and the Napili location.

Lovely Napili Stay
We loved our recent stay in Napili! The beautiful townhouse was a quick 2-3 minute walk to Napili Bay where we enjoyed sunsets every night and snorkeled several times there during the day. (We really appreciated the beach chairs and towels.) The location was also within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants, The Gazebo, Sea House Inn and Merriman's. The home easily accommodated the 5 of us and was beautifully renovated and very comfortable and clean. It was also very close to Kapalua which has some of our favorite snorkeling spots. I would highly recommend this townhouse!

Very clean and comfy house in a perfect location
We have just returned from Maui and we were more than happy with the house! We were a party of seven ( four adults, three kids) and it was great to be able to spread out on two floors. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. Ample storage in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The fridge has a water and ice dispenser so you do not need to buy your own. Lots of towels and extra beach towels. We greatly appreciated the boogie boards and sand toys in the garage! The location is great. It’s quiet at night. You can walk to Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay within five minutes. Kapalua Bay is fantastic for the kids. Calm waters even in winter and great snorkeling right off the beach. Or you can take a scenic walk on the Kapalua Coastal Trail (and walk all the way to the Burger Shack at the Ritz Carlton for lunch with a fantastic view!). Nearby Napili Market is well stocked with groceries. Parking is on site behind a gate with enough space for two to three cars. We would definitely rent this house again!

Well styled, comfortable and clean condo
We enjoyed the designer decor and the comfy beds and linens. The proximity to the beach was a quick easy, 2 minute walk. The garage was nice to store surf boards and beach gear in. I rated this house a 4 because none of the 4 TV's worked. The management company did get the cable company to come in, but because of the Christmas holiday, we were without TV/News for 4 days. We would rent this house again.

Very clean and comfortable
Very positive stay. Great location and the condo was very comfortable. I would recommend. My only caution would be if you have someone who can’t do steps. There are about a dozen to the front door and another dozen to the upper level. The home was very clean and we really enjoyed staying there. Beds were comfortable and extra pillows were provided. Plenty of towels and linens were provided too. Beach towels were a nice touch.

Great location, easy check in, true to pictures and has everything you would need.
The location was great! Easy walk across the street to the beach. Napaili is a great beach with awesome snorkeling. Skip the boat tour you’ll see more here. The house was exactly to the pictures. Well decorated and very accommodating. Very well arranged . Had all you would need even for the beach. The garage is stocked. Even if you had a lil one. Would definitely stay here again

Exceptional convenience
Our family of 6 stayed in the townhome for a week. Although the weather didn't cooperate, the location and townhome did! We were unfamiliar with Napili Bay when we booked the townhome, however, were very happy with the location once we arrived. The hustle and bustle of people and traffic was further down toward Lahaina, while the peace and quiet was in our locale. The clean and modern townhome did not disappoint with the its 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lanai, dining area and living space. Curtis was available when we had questions at the start of our stay. We felt safe in the gated "community". Once the weather finally cleared, we enjoyed the public beach of Napili Bay, the sunsets and location. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Want to stay in a comfy townhouse steps from the best beach in West Maui? Look no further!
Situated literally across the street (3 min walk) from Napili, this place has it all - BBQ, lanai, two bathrooms. It's perfect for two families, especially families with small kids that they can put to bed upstairs and hang out in an air conditioned space downstairs. Bonus is Garage is equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs, a washer dryer, pack n' play, and other necessities that'll make your trip extra comfortable. Oh, and there's parking for up to 3 cars! Great host communication - furnished nicely - would definitely stay here again! Thanks Curtis!
