Vacation of a lifetime!
We spent a wonderful week with our 6 adult children, their spouses and our young grandchildren. The home is very spacious and provided comfortable rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The backyard and pool were a fantastic addition to the beach time. It was perfect for the little ones to enjoy, as wells as the adults. The lanai provided a perfect place to enjoy breakfast and dinners. Napili is a great location. We were within walking distance of the beach and a short drive to the Kapalua Coastal Trail leading to more beaches and great snorkling. We also had two wonderful breakfast spots withing walking distance of the house. Exceeded all expectations!

4th Stay!

Second stay just as awesome as the first stay
Our 26 person family stayed here again this February. This really is a great place. Happy with everything. We like to cook and the kitchen accommodated our large group. One aspect that deserves a positive mention is the beds. Our family has wondered what kind of wonderful beds this property has, as they want to get the same bed for their homes. Our family of 14 adults recently stayed at this beautiful property. The home was very spacious and met all of our expectations. This home is located within a gated property and only steps from Napili Beach. We were graciously greeted by the property manager and were extremely responsive when we had questions. A Phenomenal Property & Rental Experience!
Twelve of us gathered for a 6-night stay at this phenomenal property, and all were absolutely blown away by how absolutely perfect it was for all of us (with ages ranging from 2 years old to 91 years old!). The house is gorgeous, spacious, beautifully appointed and wonderfully well equipped; the yard and pool area are fabulous as well! There are four washers and dryers and two refrigerators, so no need to dine out at all -- every possible thing we needed to cook and serve our meals was right there, at our fingertips. The driveway area was also extremely spacious -- plenty of room to park 3 large rental vehicles, and we loved the security and privacy provided by an entirely gated property as well. Whenever any questions or issues arose (a dryer with an error message, for example), the property managers were immediately responsive, helpful, and accommodating. In terms of location, one simply could not find a better one: it is literally steps from a stunning and highly-accessible beach, literally across the street from the beautiful Kapalua Golf Course, and a 5-minute drive from the super-convenient Napili Plaza, including the really well-stocked Napili Market. Our family literally cannot wait to get back to this truly amazing rental home; the memories made there are a true "gift" -- they will last a lifetime!

Whoa - That Beach
I knew this home was close to one of the best beaches on Maui but I didn’t realize how AMAZING Napili Bay really is. We are familiar with almost all the beaches on Maui and Napili Bay is our favorite. This home is seconds walking from the sand at Napili Bay. The home fees brand new, it’s private, gated and has staff close by if you need. This is a vacation my family will never forget. 5 star stay!

Feels like a 5 Star Private Resort
Our stay felt more like a private residence at the Four Seasons Hotel. If you want to make life long memories with your family, this is the place to stay. We went to Napili Beach everyday which is about 30 seconds away walking. The pool has a tanning shelf and slide which the grand kids couldn't get enough of. Thank you so much, memories for life!

Best Family Vacation!
This home is immaculate in just about every way. Just steps to Napili Bay beach, it's one of the best locations on the island. We had a large multi generation family with room to spare! We are planning our return stay already. Clean, professionally managed, beautiful design and location that can't be beat!

the property is beautiful, close to the ocean, but no ocean views from house itself. Works very well for a large group. Would be nice if they had chests of drawers in the bedrooms so that you could unpack as opposed to just hangers in closets. Umbrellas on top deck are no longer there so hard to enjoy the space during the day. Maybe some kind of shade cloth in. the future ? I guess winds blow down umbrellas. Would stay here again

Beach More, Worry Less
Our family of 19 had an amazing stay! There was plenty of room for each individual family of 5. All the cousins bunked up in the kids room that sleeps up to 10 (each had their own bed). Pack n plays provided with high chairs. Extra pullout that sleeps an additional 2 people in the hallway. 3 washers/dryers!!! No one was fighting to get their clothes washed! Lots of beach towels provided! Pull floaty for infants provided. Lots of pool modules and a few beach toys. The kitchen was very large and we had many wonderful meals shared outside on the porch or the dining area. 2 dishwashers were great to have! Lots of dishes provided (both plastic and glass). Myra and her husband were wonderful in keeping in touch and checking in to make sure our stay was the best! The house is a very short 100-200 yards to the beach! One of the best family friendly beaches with great snorkeling, saw sea turtles every time we went out! Outdoor showers were nice after the beach to rinse off. The pool kept all the kids and adults relaxed! The water wasn’t too cold, but they do offer pool heating if you’d like. Overall, the best stay and didn’t have to worry about anything while we were there! Recommend to any large family for a reunion or get together for friends!!

Our family of 17 which included two sets of grandparents and 7 cousins ranging from 1-12 years of age had an absolute blast at the home. Our communication with Andrew, Myra, and Kathy at different points of booking and during our stay was smooth and very pleasant. There were plenty of coordinated towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, cookware, and beach accessories for guest use. The location was to the beach, shop and attractions were wonderful too. We will definitely consider this property again. As vacation rental owners ourselves in a resort area, we were glad to find a property that meet the high quality amenities (many were familiar!) that we would offer ourselves. The baby/toddler items were exactly what we needed too. Mahalo!

Such a wonderful place to stay for a large family. We had 11 people and there were plenty of bedrooms for privacy. The kitchen, living room and indoor/outdoor tables were great spaces to hang out. Plenty of room in both refrigerators for food and the 3 sets of washer and dryer’s made things easy to keep up on beach towels and swim suits. 2 minute walk to Napili beach. Great snorkeling and swimming, right outside your door.

A true gem!
A wonderful time was had by all at this lovely Napili beach get-away. We traveled with 14 (toddler thru baby boomer), and all agreed that it was a house tailor-made for a family of varying needs - from baby gear and a water slide to a cozy market and incredible snorkeling (turtles!) up the street. (Also, don’t forget to have a cup of coffee up in the roof deck - it was my personal highlight taking in those morning views). Big kudos to Mike and Myra who were also incredibly responsive and attentive throughout, ensuring our stay was an effortless and enjoyable one. We will absolutely book this home again!

House is gorgeous, new condition. Nice pool. Close to beaches. Would have been nice to get a floor plan in advance for planning. House is laid out well, plenty of eating space. 3 washers/ dryers. In reality, 5 minutes walk to Napili beach. 15 min. walk to Kapalua Bay, also gorgeous, and was actually better for kids, and snorkeling. Saw quite a few turtles. Close to the ‘action’ of Lahaina and plenty of shopping. Nice rooftop deck for sunset viewing. All in all, pretty deluxe.

Fabulous LARGE family vacation home
Our family of 23 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures of the home online do not do justice to the actual home in person. It’s stunning. The house is spacious so families can gather and also have their own space. The pool is perfect for little ones in that there’s a “beach” entrance. The beach is for sure walking distance and nice tide pools at certain points of the day for kids. Myra is very responsive and fixed any issues we had.

Great stay!
This house is absolutely beautiful! So spacious without being overwhelming, perfect balance of areas to be together as a whole big group and places to retreat to if you need your own space. Our group of 16 thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool was wonderful, the beach access with amazing snorkeling was just a short walk away, and the house truly had everything we could want for a wonderful stay. Myra and Mike were incredibly responsive and super welcoming. We decided to pay to heat the pool and I’m glad we did. However, after paying so much for the house, I would have hoped that the cost of heating the pool would have been included. They do have a bit of an ant problem in the house - there were little black ants all over the kitchen counters and in the downstairs bathroom, some even made it up to one of the bathrooms on the second floor. Mike did bring some ant traps over and that seemed to help a bit. All that being said, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

Dream family vacation
Property is excellent and was as described. We had 12 adults and 13 kids. The house handled the group well. Napili is such a nice area. It is a short block walk to the beach. The property management team was excellent and accommodating. The pool was ok unheated for us. This is not an inexpensive place to stay, but nice things are worth paying for. We really enjoyed out trip.

Absolutely beautiful home! The kitchen was a great size for all 23 of us! Our kids loved the swimming pool when we weren't hanging out at a beach. We were able to cook some breakfasts, and dinners to help cut some costs. There was a huge fridge/freezer in the kitchen and also another fridge/freezer in the laundry room. There are three washers/dryers to help keeping up on the laundry as well. The owner of the home was very great in responding to questions. It might be a good idea to add a picture of the "bunk room" and maybe even a floor plan to the listing so people reserving it can pre-plan. Overall a great property and also has a great property manager that was very helpful while we were there.

Fantastic House
We all enjoyed the beautiful house and our stay for a week. There ended up being 10 of us after 4 dropped out, so we had plenty of room for everyone. The description doesn't explain the room set up very well but there is one master bedroom on the first floor with 6 bedrooms on the second floor including a second master bedroom directly above the downstairs master. The majority of the bedrooms have their own bathroom but a couple of bedrooms share a bathroom out in the hallway. The third floor is all the outdoor deck. The view from the deck is blocked by the big beautiful trees so you can't directly see the sun set into the ocean. It is still very pleasant except for some of us old people climbing those stairs. The first floor has a big laundry with three washers and three dryers plus an extra refrigerator. It is a bit expensive but was worth the price because it is very nice. But for the price I felt that they could have heated the pool which was cold. Not cool, but cold (12 opinions all concurred). They told me that they would heat the pool for $100 per day but I would have to pay for all seven days = $700 to heat the pool. I heat my pool at home one day (a couple of hours), one time, and it lasts all summer. I told them, no thanks. I was disappointed in $700 to have a pool that would have been enjoyable. I think they should reconsider their viewpoint for the elevated price they are already charging. I mentioned my disappointment to them midweek and they had someone there immediately with their hand out for $700, but we declined again. So, thumbs up for fast response. Thumbs down for greed. You will enjoy this beautiful house. The location is very good. The beach is one of the most beautiful anywhere in the world, but as others have noted, it is a bit more than a few steps away and is down a quiet street which has only a minimal amount of traffic. We enjoyed our 50th anniversary and paid for a private chef who used the kitchen and grill for a superb meal. Great facility. Stay here.

Fantastic Property
We had a large group so we rented this property and the one next door. Couldn’t have been better. The house is as described. Plenty of room, clean, very close to beach. Myra and Mike were responsive to the minor issues that popped up. Everything we needed was there - kitchen equipment, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling stuff, beach towels, etc. Paid to heat one of the pools and it was worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

As Advertised and Exceeded Expectations
This home is just beautiful and was perfect for our large family of 17. With 9 adults and 8 children ages 17 to 2, we had plenty of space to be together and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for privacy. The pool is a big plus for the kids. The extra fridge and 3 sets of washers/dryers was a wonderful surprise and we put to good use! The beach is truly just a few steps away. We had a family get together of 20 people some from California and some from Michigan. The home was even better than the photos. Bigger and all the small things you needed. Plenty of beach towels, pool toys, snorkel stuff for the gorgeous beach that is close walking distance as well as dish ware plastic for poolside and fancy dinners. We had a chef come one night and a great way to enjoy Hawaii and this gorgeous home. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows exceptional. The bunk room which is not pictured has a queen bed and bunks enough for 10 and its own full bathroom. Great vacation and home far exceeded our expectations enjoyed pool and upstairs sunset views each night!

Needed a house large enough to accommodate our large family, 20 adults, 4 kids and an infant. This house was perfect! It’s not only beautiful but so functional for a large group. Everyone loved it and we really loved the location. Although the beach is a bit more than 30 feet, it’s still very close and really nice. Kids really enjoyed it. The pool was great too! Truly Fantastic Property Next to Beach
With 20 of us, we didn’t think we’d be able to find a home that could accommodate all of our needs. This home definitely fit the bill! Huge open living, many bedrooms, TV’s everywhere, a roof top lounge that overlooks the ocean and a swimming pool and slide that the kids used all day everyday. Great house very clean with plenty of space for our group of 13. Property management was first rate, very attentive. However the beach is not 30 steps away. The beach is not visible from the ground level. Great view from the upstairs deck. If you have a large group this is the place.
