Deze gerenoveerde unit 2017 bevindt zich aan de overkant van het prachtige strand van Napels en op een steenworp afstand van fantastische restaurants en winkels op 3rd Street South. Het appartement beschikt over 2 prachtig strand thema ingerichte slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed en de slaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden of een kingsize bed (op aanvraag). Er zijn grote flatscreen-tv's in beide slaapkamers en een grote tv in de woonkamer. Premium kabel wordt aangeboden in dit toestel met wifi. De vernieuwde kitchenette biedt een gloednieuwe kookplaat, magnetron / heteluchtoven en een koelkast met appartementgrootte. De eetruimte biedt dineren in strandstijl met zitbanken. Het zwembad ligt op een steenworp afstand van de voordeur. Aangewezen parkeerplaats ligt dicht bij deze eerste verdieping eenheid, waardoor deze eenheid een van de meest handige in het gebouw. Er is een wasserette op het terrein, gelegen op de tweede verdieping met een lift voor gemakkelijke toegang.

Perfect location! Beautiful condo!

My husband and I and our 2 teens stayed 4 nights over Memorial Day and had a wonderful trip. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need. Chairs, umbrellas, cooler, wagon, towels, beach toys, etc. The decor is adorable. The location can't be beat. Mary has great communication and answered any questions we had immediately. The beds are so comfortable that we asked her for info on the mattress because my husband now wants to buy the same one. Very clean. We will definitely be back!

Do not hesitate to book this - the location is excellent - short stroll to the beautiful beach - plus a quick walk to all the restaurants and shops on 3rd - loved it! We highly recommend - decor is beautiful and comfortable - and the large pool is right out the door! We would def. book again!

Great Property/Perfect Location

The condo was perfect for our beach get away. It just steps to the beach and to dining. The unit was well stocked and pristine. We would spend our mornings at the beach, relax in the on-property pool in the afternoon and then walk just a block over to great restaurants for dinner. Mary was a very gracious host. Perfect location and great condo.

The condo was great and perfectly appointed. Mary provided all the details in a timely fashion with care and attention. The place still smells new! The location in the building is great for those that want to be near the pool as well. The condo had everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be to add some additional hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels to dry. That’s it which is not even a big deal. We will be back again! Thanks for all the support, Mary! Our Spring Break was a success.

We got this place to celebrate our "youngest" 21st birthday near the beach. Mary, the host, was exceptional. Easy to communicate with and very attentive. And the location, OMG!!! Excellent Trip!

Mary is so deserving of all of the excellent reviews of this property! We had an absolutely wonderful time, and Mary was a fantastic host. She communicated check in procedures and explained everything and made it so easy. She was so helpful in allowing us to use the baby items that are available, and being able to utilize those items made traveling so much easier. The property is exactly as described and pictured (maybe better, actually!) - it was so clean, the location was incredible and our family had a wonderful stay. There was a small issue with a neighbor’s renovations while we were there, and Mary got in touch before we even realized the issue, and offered a solution immediately. She is truly a wonderful host and we hope to return in the future!

A beautiful place

We had a fantastic time here and we were so sad to leave! The condo is beautiful, the furnishings and decorations are lovely. The location could not be better, so close to the beach and in downtown Naples. The condo was incredibly clean, the kitchen had everything you need! We were free to use beach towels, surf boards, toys for the kids. Mary made us feel so welcome! This was definitely the nicest place we stayed at during our Florida trip. The only regret is that we could not stay longer but had to go back to Germany. We will definitely be back!
