Beautiful Naples Villa in Lely Resort. Great Place for Beaches Golf & Relaxing!

This villa is a recent addition to VRBO listings since it's been totally transformed. It is located in the highly sought after Greenlinks Community of the Lely Golf Resort with views of the Community’s private pool and lake. The unit has been fully updated and decorated by a professional interior designer; new furniture and luxury vinyl flooring have also been installed. Relax on the lanai to enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee and the tranquil sounds of the lake fountains.

The master bedroom and lanai overlook the lake and the resort pool; you can observe many varieties of birds around the pond with swimming turtles. The master bedroom offers a luxurious King bed, walk in closet, and a spacious en-suite with a large shower, deep soaker tub, and two vanities. The master bedroom has a designated workspace for those that still need to virtually connect, but you may find yourself unable to concentrate with the beautiful and relaxing view. The second and third bedrooms have a Queen and two Twin beds, respectively, closets for storage and common access to a second bathroom which also includes a large shower and single vanity sink.

This 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath villa comfortably sleeps 6, and features a fully stocked kitchen that is equipped with all the amenities you will need (12 cup coffee maker as well as a pod coffee maker, blender, toaster, grilling utensils, generous spice selections, etc.), plus brand new stainless steel stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a stacked washer and dryer, drying racks, ironing board and iron for your convenience. Every room is also equipped with a ceiling fan. Please note that this villa is located on the second floor with no available elevators.

The Greenlinks Community is very well maintained and has beautifully landscaped grounds. There are many miles of sidewalks within the Lely Resort for taking an early morning/evening stroll to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets that SW FL has to offer. You will be staying at the only resort in Naples located on two Championship golf courses, and Greenlinks has been voted as Travelers’ Choice for 2021 by Tripadvisor.

The villa is a few steps away from a large outdoor resort-style heated salt-water pool with waterfall features, lounge chairs, a hot tub, new gas BBQ grills and picnic tables with umbrellas. Enjoy complimentary access to the fitness center, tennis, pickleball, bocce and shuffleboard courts. In front of each unit, there are two parking spaces available for convenient parking. We are just a 3 minute walk to the Golf Pro shop, Driving Range, the Flamingo & Mustang Golf courses and the delightful Sam Snead's Oak Grill & Tavern where you can partake in Happy Hour Specials and a wide selection of foods grilled with locally cured oak.

Whether you're going to the beach, or taking a day trip, we are pleased to offer complimentary beach towels, cooler, ice packs, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Tennis racquets and balls, pickleball paddles and balls, and a football are also provided for your use and enjoyment. Premium high speed wireless internet (up to 800 Mbps) and TV programing (125+ channels) is provided by Xfinity/Comcast. Coming back from a day trip? Or maybe it's too hot to stay outside? We have games and puzzles for you to enjoy indoors in the cool comfort.

Location:
The Lely Resort is located southeast of downtown Naples, with plenty of retail for shopping, groceries and dining, all within a 5 minute drive. Other destinations include a short 15 - 20 minute drive to endless sandy beaches of Naples or Marco Island, quaint downtown Naples, the famous 5th Ave for fashion, dining, and exquisite galleries. The 19th Century Naples pier offers fishing, as well as romantic strolls to watch the dolphins and the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The city is also perfect for nature lovers with plenty of bike/hike trails and beautiful nature reserves. We are one of the closest resorts to the Everglades National Park. For a day full of family fun, you can take an alligator spotting Airboat Tour, head to the Naples Zoo, or visit the Botanical Gardens.
