De locatie van het hotel is super: midden in het historische centrum. Het hotel is gehorig, ook vanaf de straat is er veel geluid.

Leuke hotel in het historisch centrum..
Schoon, goede locatie en leuke personeel. Vlakbij het station dante. Vele leuke bezienswaardigheden pompeij en sorrento capri op 1.5 uur afstand. Schone kamers elke dag en behulpzame personeel!

Leuk hotel in het historische centrum van Napels
Toplocatie, nette kamer en prima ontbijt. Hotel was alleen na aankomst lastig te vinden. Maar als je op t airport de Alibus neemt en daarna de metro naar halte Dante ben je er zo. Absoluut een aanrader dit hotel!!!

Minha casa por 3 dias
Nápoles é uma cidade espetacular. Ficar hospedada no seu coração é uma experiência singular. As ruas caóticas, os becos escuros, o amontoado de épocas histórias, tantas e tantas culturas que já passaram por ali... e a diversidade que ainda temos, fez da minha estadia um episódio inesquecível da minha vida. Os atendentes solicitos, em especial os 2 rapazes da limpeza e a garota que preparava o café expresso. Encontrar o quarto e o banheiro todos limpinhos após uma expedição pelos espaços pitorescos da cidade histórica, era um momento de acalmar o corpo, o intelecto e a alma.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, mitten in der alten Stadt. Als ich kam war das Hotel noch zimmlich leer und daher das Frühstück sehr mittelmäßig (es wurde besser als das Hotel sich ein paar Tage später mit Gäste füllte.) Das Personal war freundlich/distanziert. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer sauber, jeden Tag kam jemand, um das Zimmer zu putzen. Das Hotel bittet ein zuverlässiges Taxiservice zum Flughafen, welches zu empfehlen ist (20 Euro anstatt 30 Euro regular Preis am Flughafen, was so oder so sehr teuer ist - es sind nur knapp 6 km bis zum Hotel).... Aber gut! Muss man dazu rechnen, denn es scheint kompliziert zu sein, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zum Hotel bzw. Flughafen zu gelangen (auch die Gassen sind fürs Koffer Rollen nicht geeignet). Wenn man die lebendige alte Stadt genießen will, ist das Hotel super. Ansonsten, wenn man sich abends nach Ruhe sehnt sollte man nicht hin, denn die Zimmer vor Lärm nicht sehr gut isoliert sind. Persönlich hat mir die Lage des Hotels sehr gut gepasst.

En el centro de Nápoles una amistosa posada
Fuimos muy bien recibidos por todo el personal del hotel. Está muy bien ubicado y tuvimos una buena vista sobre una bulliciosa plaza de Nápoles. Las instalaciones son adecuadas y limpias. Volveríamos allí en otra visita a esa hermosa ciudad.

Don’t stay here.
Customer service was terrible. The toilet made a 30 second very loud noise like a horn when you flushed it. The bed was hard as a rock and the shower did not drain flooding the bathroom up to our ankles. It was also in a very OLD and stinky dirty part of town.

Great location, bars & resturaunts all around which I really appreciated as a solo traveller. A very highly rated pizza place next door, I think this keeps the area busy by night. Popular shopping streets a 5 minute walj Short walk to the port & about 15 minutes to train & bus station (though if you have luggage it could be a struggle on the cobbled streets). Helpful staff. Basic hotel but it was ideal as a base for my 3 night stay in Naples.

Albergo nascosto, difficile da trovare, in una zona molto agitata e rumorosa. Condizioni precarie di accoglienza sia del personale sia del insediamento. Un'esperienza da dimenticare.

Perfect Hotel in Historical Centre of Naples!
Superb location in the historical centre of Napoli. Walking distance to all the most important historical sites and wonderful restaurants. The wonderful staff made our stay exceptional - they were so helpful with advice about the local area, directions, booking taxis etc. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Napoli. Highly recommended.

Nel cuore di Napoli..
Albergo in posizione strategica per visitare il centro di Napoli. In piena spaccanapoli con possibilità infinite di mangiare di tutto e di immergersi nella vera napoli. Molto vicina anche la metro per arrivare in meno di 10 minuti alla stazione centrale o in altri punti di napoli. Unico neo: la nostra stanza si trovava sotto la sala della colazione per cui dalle 7,15 non si riusciva più a riposare. Quindi consigliato ma bisogna specificare che si vuole una stanza lontana dalla sala della colazione.

the location is perfect to walk around, close enough to train station and port, breakfast is good,clean, felt safe, a lot of restaurants and couple of grocery stores around. 24hours desk with baggage storage is very good idea. taxi is dropping you off on the street' corner and you have to walk couple steps in the yard, and use elevator. or just get more detailed instructions ( or arrange transportation) from the hotel to make your arrival stress-free. it's not fancy, but it's 3 stars and price is good. would stay again

Hotel near plenty of things
The hotel was first hard to find since its entrance is located behind a a fence and it seems that it's just someone's homes behind of it. But when we found our way in the hotel staff was friendly and we gt to know the things we needed to. Breakfast would be served and for us it wasn't included to the prise but we still ate it every morning. It was ok, nothing very special bread and eggs and granola, quite simple. Our room was nice and it had all we needed. Perfect for couple of nights! Many of sightseens and things to do is quite near and we walked everywhere. Would highly recommend for a stay in Naples and would also stay there again.

Close to everything in historic naples
We had a room with a king bed and two twins, great for a family, plenty of space, comfortable matresses (rare for that price range during our trip) The desk people were helpful in arranging our transfer to the airport at 4 in the morning

Very Good Hotel with Minor Issues
There are many positive aspects of this hotel: great neighborhood location, convenient to transport, large rooms, good breakfast, and friendly staff. There were, however, some minor issues that need to be addressed. The wifi was very unreliable. We had to literally stand against one of the walls to get any signal. I would normally think this was a fluke, but this is the second time we stayed at this hotel (that is how much we liked it) and the wifi access was also sporadic last time in a different room. This time we also had trouble with a television that wouldn’t change channels and a slow shower drain, but those were less troubling for us. One other thing worth noting concerns mobility. There is a small elevator to the hotel’s main floor, but to get to the breakfast room you need to go up a short flight of stairs. If your room is in the Terrazze annex, you will have to go up two long flights of stairs from the main level. This did not matter to us, but if stairs are an issue, I would contact the hotel before booking.

Nice hotel in a great location
Hotel Neapolis is located right in the center of Naples's historical district, which made it very easy to walk around to visit the sites. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated that they allowed me to check in early and also called a taxi for me early morning for a ride to the airport.

Great location. Had Wi-Fi issues and no hot water
Great location. Hard to find the entry, needs more signage. Stayed here twice, a week apart before and after a tour. The first room was handicap accessible and impossible not to flood the bathroom while showering. The second room had no hot water. Also, Wi-Fi wouldn't connect on the second stay.

Worked well for us, arrived late so needed a hotel rather than a b&B, great location. We took a taxi which ment we didn't encounter the train station area until later in our trip which worked well for us. This hotel was very well positioned. helpful staff

Good for a short break
We are just staying for half a day and a night before making our way to Sorrento. It is like how it's been advertised, location is pretty good though a bit hard to find. Our taxi dropped us off quite far away so we had to walk almost 10 mins on Via dei Tribunali so make sure you get dropped off correctly. Staff were so so, not particularly nice but if u ask specific questions they can help. (though they ran out of local maps and gave us a sightseeing bus map instead). Wifi was unstable

Great value hotel in good location
Great location for food and drink and some of the main sites of Naples. Hotels is clean and good size rooms. Friendly helpful staff and good breakfast included. Shame the bar was closed.

No no no.
Very unimpressed overall with this hotel. The rooms and beds are small. The shower is super tiny. If you are a taller person or a larger person I would suggest you not stay here as you might not physically fit into the shower. The wifi was spotty and really only worked in the lobby. The breakfast was pretty slim pickings and not very filling. The only redeeming quality about this hotel was a receptionist named Dario. He was awesome. Super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately he was only there one night and the next 2 guys that worked the front desk were useless and never smiled. So props to bald-headed Dario for saving this place (slightly). I still would not stay there again.
