**To play Golf, you need to pay an initial $575 golf transfer fee. There is then an additional daily fee the community charges, on the days you want to play. If you do not want to play Golf, you do not need to pay the $575 the community charges for that.

**To use the amenities, there is a $460 resort fee. There will be an additional $200 rush fee if making your reservation within 2 weeks of your reservation start date. The resort fee gets you 2 passes.

Located just a short drive from pristine beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment. This prime location offers our residents convenient access to all that Bonita Springs, Naples, and Fort Myers have to offer.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $150 fee per pet fee and only allow 2 pets maximum. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!
