Het is officieel een bed and breakfast, maar het is eigenlijk een hotal waar de receptive om 20:00 uur dicht gaat. In de kamer is alles wat nodig is, de airco werkt prima zonder lawaai. Het ontbijt was voor ons voldoende, de barman maakt uitstekende capucino. De locatie van het hotel is prima vlakbij het station, de metro en vele terrassen en restaurants. Ik denk dat wij daar niet voor hrt laatst waren.

Mooie kamer maar omgeving veel te luid
Personeel was erg vriendelijk, hij gaf ons tips wat het beste is om te doen in Napels. De kamer was mooi zoals op foto’s maar het hotel bevindt zich in het stadcentrum waarbij het erg druk is ook ‘s nachts. Soms kon je gewoon niet slapen door druk verkeer buiten..

Prima b&b hotel, super vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Iedere dag je bedje opgemaakt, schone handdoeken, toiletrol., gewoon een schone kamer terugvinden, heerlijk. Ontbijt is naar nederlandse maatstaven wat karig en volgens mijn mede reisgenootje, brood is wat droog, fruit, bekertjes yoghurt- af en toe een eitje. alle koffie en theeen, pasta/jammetjes en wat lapjes/plakjes vleeswaren en een kaasplakje. Locatie is top, vlakbij het centraal station, alle winkelarea's/historisch centrum in de buurt. Zelf geen gebruik gemaakt van de bussen, wel van de trein/metro, maar allemaal binnen handbereik. Wel erg jammer dat de toeristenbelasting nou net weer niet in de all in prijs zit/zat a 1. p.p. per dag.

Weekend Napoli Suite
Wij hebben 3 nachten doorgebracht in Napoli Suite. Het hotel is netjes, schone kamers en heeft vriendelijk personeel. Ook het ontbijt is goed. Het enige minpunt is dat de kamer lawaaierig was. Onze kamer grensde aan de ontbijtruimte en bevond zich dicht bij de receptie, alle geluiden hiervan hebben we mee gekregen. Verder een goed hotel, zeker een aanrader!

Great stay. There was a problem with my reservation because of Hotels.com. Alex at the hotel was very proactive to get it fixed. He saved my vacation. The hotel is small but very nice. I definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean rooms, but absolutely nothing fancy or "Italian " about them. Quite modern but very plain. Rooms open right into the reception area and this can be noisy at times. Thank goodness they have soundproof windows and a quiet AC unit! as the street is one of the main streets in Napoli and extremely noisy! Breakfast is as continental as they come: yogurts, 2 kids of cereal (one is chocolate something), some bananas for fruit, juices, hard-boiled eggs, cooked ham, and processed cheese slices (I would think that this would be sacrilegious in Italy!). They did have some nice local pastry though, but didn't even have croissants on our first of 3 mornings there. They do need to step up their Italian breakfast! The cappuccino was not bad. Having a lift was very good. Area of town was not great. A lot of migrants and the streets are filthy! It must have been a nice area once. Too bad because it's so close to the train station. Would suggest paying a bit more and going further into the main area of Napoli.

Dear Tessie,This is not 4 stars hotel!Our breakfast is : crossants, 3 kind of marmellade ( strawberry, cherries and peach ), 3 kinds of fresh cakes , eggs, ham, cheese, bread, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, 3 kind of juice, water, tea, american coffee, napolitan pastry, fruit, cereals, butter, biscuits, nutella, yogurt.Now if this is not so much You have to find 4/5 stars hotel and You and Your husband every day take 5 coffee and 3 cappuccino per person.I think the problem isn't our breakfast, I think You wanted eat a lot because You didn't want spend money for the lunch.About the area this is one of the most important street of Naples, probably next time You have to look on the hill for a reservation!Best RegardsNapoli Suite

No staff, we need to pay for elevator, it was included parking but the parking is far and u need to pay 20 €. And was located in a bad location, not nice to walk alone and in nights. the room was cute and clean but other then that nothing good about it

We are at 300mt from the historical center and on the Corso Umberto one of the most important shopping area in Naples. Good location
Location of this property is unbeatable. Very close to train station and walking to most to city center. Price is unbelievably cheap. Only issue I had was for paying city tax. They didn’t accept credit card during stay and said to pay during check out. We checked out early when no one was at the desk to pay the city tax. They started calling post check out and I ended up giving my CC details on phone which wasn’t preferred but had no option.

I was forced asked You the credit card because You didn't have cash, how You said only dollars, You travel in Europe and You don't have 5 euros but only dollars, or credit card, it's not normal. We had booket 2 Roms more than two months in advance, but were contacted less than 48 hours before coming. The hotel explained that they had only one room in stead of two. We were really disappointed and cancelled the stay.

Gentile Sig. Ugo, Personale demotivato ??? Ma se Le abbiamo dato tutte la informazioni che ci ha chiesto. Il parcheggio convenzionato costa 20 euro per 24h, lo cercava direttamente Lei un parcheggio piu' economico ,nei pressi del Napoli Suite, e poi 200mt a piedi non credo si un problema se non ha limitazioni fisiche. Ah la colazione era scadente...??? pero' per 2 giorni ha mangiato di tutto e di piu'. ALLUCINANTE!!!

Habitación limpia pero los manteles del desayuno llenos de manchas. Dos días tuvimos que pedir papel higiénico, no lo reponían. El primer día habían dos botecitos de champú que no repusieron más. Coincidimos con un día de fiesta y no había pan. Desayuno muuuuy simple. La televisión de la habitación no tenía mando a distancia, respuesta: tenemos que comprarlo. Zona llena de manteros y basuras.

Gentile Anonimo, La sua recensione non è molto chiara. Cosa intende per nulla di speciale? Cosa si aspettava, una gruppo di animatori o il pianobar ??? Come può dire che non siamo al centro ??? Napoli Suite si trova al corso Umberto zona dello shopping, vicino all' università Federico II e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro stroico. Secondo me Lei si sarà perso prima di arrivare in centro. L' aspetto, se vorrà al Napoli Suite, con una mappa dettagliata della città per farle capire dove si trova l'hotel. Cordialmente GM Vincenzo Giacobbe

Das B&B ist leider sehr schmutzig, im Zimmer waren tote Insekten in den Ecken. Nach ca. Der Hälfte des Aufenthaltes wurde das zusätzliche Bett, das wir als Ablagefläche genutzt hatten entfernt ohne Bescheid zu geben, die Sachen die darauf lagen würden wahllos irgendwo im Zimmer versträut, unter anderem auf dem Bett. Die Stelle unter diesem zusätzlichen Bett wurde auch nicht gewischt, der ganze Dreck blieb einfach im Zimmer. Das "grosse" Frühstück bestand auch nur aus nur einem Schinken, dem immer gleichen Bort und für eine Woche aus den gleichen Kuchen, es war also eher ein sehr kleines Frühstück. Das Personal wirkte auch permanent genervt von allem, an der Rezeption war die ganze Woche niemand, auch bei der Ankunft war niemand da, erst 10 Minuten nach Anruf wurde uns die Türe geöffnet. Insgesamt leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Perfect place for a one night stopover. Very helpful staff, reasonable breakfast. Ordered a car for us to the airport which arrived exactly on time. The only issue I had were the stairs, quite a challenge with cases. There was an ancient lift that you had to put money in to work it, which we couldn't work out how to use! But overall a very good stay.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The cleanliness and safety were of a major concern for us, especially as to what the site advertised. The check-in clerk was especially rude. We arrived at 4:30pm (check-in is at 12) and were told our room was not yet ready. Advertise correctly as we would’ve chosen a different place to stay had we known we wouldn’t have been able to check in during a specific window. I’ve tried to email the hotel many times requesting a refund, as we did not stay due to the unsatisfactory conditions.

Al llegar la puerta del edificio que incluye el hotel está cerrada. Se llama al timbre que hay al lado en la calle y NADIE contesta. Nos encontramos sin poder acceder y tenemos que llamar por teléfono en el extranjero a un número que aparece allí en caso que suceda que nadie está disponible en la recepción. Además, teníamos dos noches en el mismo hotel, pues sólo pudieron ofrecernos una y la otra nos recolocaron en otro hotel de su grupo a 500 metros de dónde estaba la primera reserva. Nunca nos había pasado algo así. Y el segundo hotel también muy poco que desear. El pago sólo podía ser en efectivo.

Nice secure BB close to Napoli Centrale
Pleasantly surprised to find this nice quiet place in amongst the busy surroundings. The only difficulty we had was finding it as we missed the plaque showing the business and my map of the net made it look a bit further than it actually was. Found it by looking at the address number. Very close to train station. The front counter man was very helpful and secured us a driver to help us visit some tourist sites. Would recommend it as a safe, clean place particularly as I was travelling with kids.
