Fantastic
Ideally located for the famous promenade and very close to Castel dell’Ovo as well as a huge range of restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and really helpful at all times of the day. Thee room (LECCIO) was nice and big and very well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and there was always someone on hand to help with anything you needed. They even arranged a little gift for my wife on her 50th birthday which was very well received after an incredibly long and tiring day at Pompei.

La habitación es súper bonita y todo está muy limpio, el personal fue súper amable y aunque llegábamos muy tarde por la noche nos dieron todas las indicaciones para poder hacer un self check in y fue muy sencillo, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí

This is a lovely property that is very close to the sea front and in a safe area of town. It's easy to get to centre of Naples on 151 bus and also has many good dining options nearby. Hosts (Amie and Marco) were lovely and helpful. Breakfast and room both great.

I would highly recommend. The staff and service was exceptional. The room was lovely. The street around it is quite dirty but the location is very walkable and only 1 block to lovely waterfront stroll or 2 blocks to lovely shopping areas.

Property was hard to find for taxi and for us. No outside signage.Outside very littered and dog fouled, but inside very nice. Pleasant girl at breakfast, but guy on reception desk quite unpleasant. Good location for the seafront.

The hosts were SO nice and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations. They helped us get a taxi and so much more. Breakfast was amazing and they were so sweet to make us morning cappuccinos. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated as well!

gran estadía!
Excelentes anfitriones, buen desayuno y gran atencion. El elevador es gratis despues de las 7 PM, si no hay que subir 3 pisos. Nosotros no llegabamos antes de las 7 asi que nunca tuvimos problemas

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel et l'accueil du premier jour. Un peu moins la propreté de la chambre qui selon nous laissait à désirer... Le petit-déjeuner était copieux. Les employés ne sont malheureusement pas tous aussi professionnels que celui qui nous a recu le premier jour...les autres sont plus occupés par leur téléphone que par les hôtes. C'est dommage mais peut-etre dû au fait que cest la basse saison. Hors sujet mais pour vous éviter une mauvaise surprise...on nous a conseillé d'aller manger une pizza chez Sorbillo et ça a été la pire expérience de notre semaine à Naples, prix exagéré et qualité moyenne. Faites 50 mètres de plus et allez chez impasto 55

I am from Singapore and I brought my family. wife, 12yr old daughter an 10yr old son. It was our first time in Naples and we got my transfer to this BnB. The room was very big, and my family had 2 double beds for the stay. Room were clean and spacious. When we came back from attractions, it will be a great place to chill. My room is right outside a pantry. Their pantry feels very homely, a nice dining area where you can get drinks, make coffee and relax. In terms of convenience, it is 3 minutes walk from Lungomare where you take a nice walk and dine at the many restaurants. It is also a 8 minutes walk to Chaia shopping area. And a 15 minutes walk to Piazza Plebiscito. The staff are friendly and you can ask them to book cabs to further attractions. The only downside, is this BnB is on the 3rd level and the elevator was not working when i was there. I have an injured knee and it was difficult for me. But it should be fine if your legs are fine. When the elevator was repaired, everything was much better.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Well located, with lots of restaurants close by. Please note that the hotel is located on a third floor, and there is tiny elevator that needs 10 cents for each ride so that it works.

Wonderful staff and service!! The staff really went out of their way to make our experience a great one; from advice on the best restaurants and places to visit, to the great breakfast served and much more. In fact, we missed the breakfast buffet since we had to leave early and the staff so kindly left us a goodie bag with snacks to make sure we don’t leave empty handed! That was very thoughtful… room was very nice as well! I would definitely come back to Napoli tree and would recommend it to anyone!

Beautifully decorated and tasty breakfast too!
This apartment was artistically furnished in ways that I found so unique and inspiring. It was also clean and spacious, offering plenty of room with two teens as well. There was a tasty free breakfast included with different choices on the menu to order from the day before. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind with advice to navigate the city and restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the reasonable price, it was the best accommodation we had during our two weeks in Italy even compared to many places that were more expensive but did not offer as many of the perks like free breakfast.

Highly recommend staying here! Close to the water and some restaurants. Staff is very nice, the rooms and decorations are very nice too. Breakfast isn’t the best but that’s more reason to explore the city to find something nice :)

My partner and I stayed here for four nights and we couldn't have hoped for a better experience. It's in a beautiful area of Naples, a 2 minute walk from the Lungomare seafront, and from the moment you set foot inside reception, the staff are so friendly and helpful and instantly make you feel at home. The room was clean and beautiful, cleaned every day with fresh towels, and the breakfast served every morning was absolutely delicious. You have the option to curate your own breakfast, and I really recommend going for the fresh, homemade cakes brought to you every day, alongside delicious croissants, juices and coffee. We would happily come back here again and would recommend this to any couple looking for a wonderful stay in Naples, or even for a family. A really lovely and hospitable atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at Napoli Tree :) The guys were super chill. Bonus points for the cleaner who did an incredible job cleaning and tidying up a ton of things that were flying around on the floor of our room :) Beautiful spacious room, nice big kitchen (we stayed in a big studio apartment)
