Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We stayed here as a family of 4 incl 2 teenage kids. The positives are that the property is near the Napoli train station (10 min walk) and the property has elevator so easy to take luggage up/down. Checkin was easy and there are many restaurants and shopping around. Room was decent/clean with a large bathroom. Wifi was fast.
We had a deluxe room for sleeping 4 - one bed and one sofa bed. Only issue we had was that the sofa bed did not have the needed items for sleeping 2 - no bedsheet, missing pillow and pillow covers. When I reported it to the maintenance person (Nicola), she seemed to think these were not necessarily needed. Had to have quite a few back and forth on whatsapp before she agreed to provide and it was only the next day. This was not a great experience and that reflects in my rating.
Also the room has decent space but a little small if you are 4 and have luggage.
