Prima hotel, mindere wijk.
Prima en keurig hotel, uitstekend personeel. Op steenworpafstand van centraal station en metrostation naar centrum. In de avonduren is de wijk minder leuk.

De kamer is lekker ruim, goede badkamer met bad en bidet, prettig personeel aan de balie en vermakelijk personeel in de ontbijtruimte. Net een toneelstukje, 1 ober met macho gedrag, liep zelfs tegen gasten op (Antonio), 1 ober met een te groot pak, was grappig, 1 oberes die kauwde op kauwgom en toch 4 sterren. Maar overall perfect voor de spot en een paar dagen Napels en omgeving. We hebben genoten.

Better find another hotel...
This hotel is situated close to the railway station but really in the most shabby street that you can imation. Rooms were not nice, out of date and some things were falling apart. I can't believe people who rate this hotel as good.

Ramada Napels
Napels komt over als een enorm vieze stad met veel wegopbrekingen, veel rondslingerend vuil en grote groepen bedelaars en zwervers. Hotel Ramada komt dan over als een oase in de woestijn. Direct tegenover de lokale trein naar Pompeï en op loopafstand van het Centraal Staion is dit luxe congresoord een goede uitvalsbasis voor alle bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Met bus R2 dichtbij zijn alle museau, winkelstraten en kerken dichtbij wordt het verblijf in Napels een aangename stedenreis.

The people at this Ramada are all very welcoming and helpful. My sister and I needed extra help because she was recovering from an emergency surgery. We needed an accessible room and room service. There are other special requests that we needed and they were very helpful. Thank you Ramada

The property was well run and the room facilities were good with tea maker bath and shower and a good size. The room was very stuffy and the a/c had been turned off so the only solution was to open the window and let in the light, noise and pollution. The area around the hotel is unpleasant with lots of rubbish poverty and dreadful traffic Crossing the road is terrifying. Getting back inside the hotel was a huge relief! Stay in another area if you can afford it.

The hotel was nice and we got the nice two bedroom setup so our kids were in one room while we were in the other. Has a mini-fridge. The area around the hotel is busy, noisy and dirty. We did not spend much time walking around. It was convenient for our Pompeii tour and it met our needs for that purpose.

Access to hotel from the train station is just a couple of minute walk. It was dirty neighborhood and felt unsafe. We stayed in 2 rooms. Both rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They speak English fluently. We liked the hotel and rooms.

Good hotel but the surrounding area lets it down.
This hotel is a great location, near to the main train station. The family room we had was extremely spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help with any queries. The only issue we had was that the immediate surrounding area of the hotel was very dirty. There was litter everywhere and quite an unpleasant smell in some areas. This is not a hotel issue but it is a real shame that such a nice hotel is located in such a dirty area.

Ottima colazione peccato per la posizione.
Ottima colazione e personale cordiale. Comodo per la stazione dei treni. Stanze un po' datate. Qualche problema con le chiavi magnetiche che si disattivavano spesso. Lato negativo è la zona in cui si trova l'hotel lontano da bar o ristoranti carini per fare una passeggiata la sera.

Air conditioning did not work and front office just blew us away saying it’s Saturday and no one available to fix it. Hotel is old and tired. Didn’t offer any compensation for lack of AC.

We arrive on April 22th 2023,( booked for 5 nights that were nightmares) got our room but guess what? IT was so hot so I turned on the AC and after 30 min the temperature was the same. Called reseption and they said some one will come to check ot out, after 30 min I called once again and they told me the wont do nothing about it couse they dont use the AC in that month and I have to wait till May 1 to be allow to use it 😡😡 I told them, on my reservation clearly states you have AC. But their respond was open the windows ( that were secureted locked ) and wait another hour for some one to come and unlock them to be open and have some fresh air. The reception personal, I feel bad for them, they are not frendly, long faces all time ( at least the 2 I met ) The area around feels unsafe but it maybe is cause its an old city and problably the area has not been well maintained. But well, there are lots of properties ti try out next time.
