Pensavi di avere prenotato un hotel e non un bed and breakfast,sei arrivato arrabbiato oltre orario di check in senza supplementi, hai ottenuto il balcone gratis non capisco

Clean, spacious and centrally located.
Good value for money stay at the heart of Naples City centre. Literally a few steps away from Via Toledo and Piazza del Plebiscito. Very clean and spacious rooms.

Good stay
Had a pleasant stay. There is no reception which means you need to contact the owner a head of arrival. It all went smoothly. The room is modern and even tough the street where the building is isn’t anything special the neighbourhood is one of the least run down in the city. The breakfast was at a cafe close but. You get one drink and one pastry which I would consider to barley be a breakfast.

Luigi was very responsive to our needs. Got in touch with us the day prior to our arrival and provided useful information on how to get to Siliahouse. Nested in a mixed use building, Siliahouse is not advertised outside, but a gentleman was ready to meet us at the entrance and accompany us in our room. Room was very comfortable, and the bathroom/shower very clean and modern. The breakfast was provided at a nearby cafe (coffee and croissant only). Siliahouse is located close to metro and walking distance to main attractions and funicular. The port is 10 minute walk - easy to catch a ferry to Capri. The last day, we were able to leave our luggage with the friendly concierge, and had no issues getting back to the airport. Alibus is perfect (5Euros/person) to and from the airport - a 20-30 minute drive 10 minute walk. Overall, we would recommend this affordable hotel.

Great location in Naples Old Town. Easy and quick access to metro and harbour. The room was really clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Thank you! Sure the B&B for my next stay too.

Check in was easy, room was clean and modern. Luigi was helpful and made us very welcome. Could not have asked for more and location is perfect- next to a metro station and close by to all the main attractions!

Great place to stay in Naples!
Luigi was the best host we had during our trip in Italy. He gave us the best recommendations for lunch and dinner and helped us with our itinerary. The room was very new, clean and had all the facilities we needed. Location was ideal, very short walk to the metro.

Très bon séjour
Situation idéale à deux pas des stations de métro Toledo et Piazza Municipio. Chambre propre et confortable. Insonorisation des chambres peut être un peu juste (ou nos voisins de chambre étaient très bruyants). Hôte très sympathique, disponible et de bon conseil.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in una camera che considerato il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stata ottima sotto molti punti di vista. Posizione centrale a due passi da via Toledo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Biancheria buona, pulizia impeccabile, bagno comodo e funzionale, ben illuminato e tengo a sottolinearlo perché a volte è difficoltoso guardarsi allo specchio. Inoltre trovate un phon degno di questo nome, non i soliti attaccati al muro che funzionano solo per i calvi. Altro aspetto positivo, un piccolo frigo (non frigobar) che è stato super comodo durante il soggiorno. La TV non ha i soliti canali, ma potete navigare in internet, YouTube Netflix... personalmente l’ho trovato un plus! Un’ultima piccola chicca: l’ascensore funziona con 10 cent ad ogni utilizzo, accettatelo con ironia e simpatia anche perché il titolare vi fa trovare tutti i cent che vi servono (una bella forma di cortesia) e voi prendetela come un giro in giostra. Ogni giro un gettone 😄! Se torniamo a Napoli soggiorneremo ancora al Silia.

What a wonderful place to stay! Siliahouse was beautiful, comfortable, clan, and in an excellent location! Our room was spacious, with a modern feel and decor, and modern, clean bathroom. We really enjoyed it! It was within walking distance of the port, which was important for us, and within walking distance of the Piazza del plebescito, and all the shopping areas! Luiggi was so helpful and so attentive at getting us settled in! Thank you so much! The hardest part of it was finding the parking lot where we were to park our car, but Luiggi even helped us with this. Breakfast was the simplest one of all of the breakfasts we had during our trip to various locations in Italy, with just a drink and a pastry.

Muy buena atención. Las recomendaciones de Luigi sobre los lugares que quería visitar, fueron de gran ayuda. La Sra Joanna fue muy atenta a cualquier requerimiento. En mi visita de 4 días a Nápoles quedaron cosas por hacer. Cuando tenga planes de una nueva visita, no dudaré en repetir Silahouse. Muy bien ubicada en la ciudad.

Zentrale Lage in Neapel
Ganz tolle zentrale Lage. Der Vermieter, Luigi, extrem entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Es sind fünf Zimmer im 3. Stock in einem 13 Stück gegen Bürohaus. Mein Zimmer war hofseitig in Peine nicht sehr einladenden Innenhof aber ganz ruhig. Man hört ma eher vom Gang. Alle Zimmer ganz neu , sehr groß und sehr sauber. Es wird jeden Tag jedes Zimmer gereinigt. Das Frühstück, mit einem Kupon, in der Bar im Haus ist spartanisch: Kaffee und Brioche. In 3 Minuten gehe Distanz die Metro Station Toledo – eine der schönsten in Neapel. Tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der danebenliegenden via Toledo

Amazing room and location.
Excellent location! Near Toledo street and metro, near the port and near the old city. Very nice host who explained a lot about Naples and guided us where to go. Very clean and very convenient room.

Fantastic, central and modern!
Great place to stay in Naples can highly recommend. Was so handy to the main shopping area and ferry terminal etc and in a good safe area. The room was very modern and clean great bedding and with a view to the street the host was very helpful. Netflix installed on the TV which is nice if you have an account and don't speak Italian!

Die Duschkabine war für mich etwas zu klein. Gute Matratze und neu Einrichtung. Luigi war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Guter Preis.
