Comfortabel maar karig!
Het hotel is zeer netjes en modern, op een centrale locatie maar de douche is zeer klein en de service minimum. Ondanks die 4*+, was er zelf geen fleswater beschikbaar voor de klant!

Terrible service
The hotel is in general an oké hotel. The breakfast is good, rooms are clean. But thats about it. The service is really is the worst. There is not such thing as a warm welcome. There is almost no one who speaks English?? And when you ask something you get the feeling that they don’t take you serious.. I called the reception for a simple question. First they don’t have the number anywhere so I just pressed Some buttons. Then they just cut me off and hung up on me. I was shook never have I experienced something like this. The checkout was also dramatic. Just 1 person trying to help 10 people. Never coming back here.

Nice hotel with a very friendly staff!
We where came to Napels for visit Pompei, Herculeum and the Visivius. Our stay was 2 and 4 day's without any suitcases from the 8 day's, the staff of the hotel where very friendly to us and makes us very happy to research our luggage to the hotel from the airport. That has made for us stay in this hotel perfectly! It is a very nice, good and clean hotel/room/staff. Thank you,...for make our holliday finally to a very nice, good and lovely trip with clothes and stuff and things from our selfs! Regards!

Hotel ligt zeer goed tov openbaar vervoer. Kamers zijn prima, groot en schoon. Badkamer perfect . We hadden een binnenkamer. Wel warm, moeilijk koeler te maken. Ontbijt voldoende.

We arrived in Naples by air, followed the signs to the Alibus and paid our 5euro fares. One stop, 10 minutes later brought us to both the central train station and Starhotels Terminus. We had a deluxe room with a very large, comfortable bed and lots of storage and seating. There is a big bathroom and a sweet balcony overlooking the enclosed courtyard. It was so quiet you’d swear we were alone in the hotel. They have a pillow menu! You can request the perfect pillow from the desk. What a marvellous idea. I read a lot of online reviews about the area. We’re from Vancouver, Canada and it’s no different from the Main Street station. There are so many people here because of the train station so we felt safe. We were just passing through Naples. If you are looking for a longer stay check out the connecting city buses because this would be a nice hotel for a longer stay.

The staff is helpful. If you are doing anything other than taking the train it would be best to avoid the hotel as the surrounding area is unsafe. The only way to enter the hotel besides walking from the curb is the underground car park. No one is available to help with the bags and the rooms are noisy if facing the street.

Very clean. Literally steps from train station to room. Nice and helpful staff. Restaurants so close, pizza, pastries, groceries. Very nice room and big bed! Room a little warm for me even with air on.

The hotel does not have usb portal for charging, which is extremely inconvenient for travelers. The servers in dining were rude and pretended that they do not speak English until they were aware that I am from the states. To be the very least, they were racist and arrogant.

中央駅に一番近く立地はベスト。日本人には嬉しいバスタブがあります。朝食は付けましたが、受付で確認されない日のほうが多かったです。フロントの方は大変親切で、色々な頼み事に快く応じてくれました。

The property on the surface looked the part but the quality of the amenities and the food was very poor when compared to what was available locally. The staff were also not the most friendly.

Rooms were extremely hot. When we called the desk we were told to use the thermostat on the wall...but it didn't work either. Beds were hard as concrete. The food was excellent and the room was spacious and clean if you could stand no working A/C.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay in Starhotel Terminus. It is very convenient for the metro, train and bus are just a few steps away- Girabaldi and Napoli Centrale Station. You can actually take the allibus from the airport and stops right in front of the Hotel. A good assortment of foods on breakfast for a fee(optional). Many Restaurants nearby. Staff are welcoming.

As usual with Starhotels, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable and location always convenient. Worst service from one of the female staff during breakfast - ignored guests many times and makes you feel most unwelcome and that she doesn’t want you there. You know who this is if you go there - I won’t be going there again Very helpful staff at reception, but what is the point of sending a request and registering before I arrive to then wait for it all to be uploaded again in reception on arrival? Your systems are very slow!

Overall we enjoyed our 3-night stay. Friendly staffs and some speaks English well, which is critical for foreigners like us. Just located across the railway station, so very convenient, and quiet in the evening.

Excelente servicio y estancia.
Las personas de recepción son amables y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. El hotel está muy bonito y el servicio en general es excelente. Guardaron nuestro equipaje el día que llegamos ya que el check in es a las 2 y también el día del check out sin cobro extra.

Location excellent if you need to use the train station. Several tour companies use the hotel location as a pick up point. An easy walk to shopping areas. Beautiful room and superb breakfast.
