A charming apartment that can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with all the amenities, including a large 60-square-meter terrace—perfect for relaxing in the evening and for hosting our four-legged friends. The apartment is located on Via Cimarosa, in the heart of the Vomero neighborhood, in a location suitable for every type of traveler: a quiet residential area, well-connected to the rest of the city thanks to the Vanvitelli metro station just 450 meters away, and at the same time full of cultural attractions, shops, restaurants, and bars.



The 63-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and is laid out as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, moka pot, electric kettle, conventional oven, and microwave

- Living area with a sofa bed, split AC, and 65-inch TV

- Bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, split AC, and 45-inch TV

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Spacious 60-square-meter terrace equipped with two lounge chairs, a small table, and two chairs.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED FIBER-OPTIC WIFI, central heating, washing machine, mosquito screens, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (optional changes available for a fee).



Please note: Central heating is shared with the building and operates from 6 AM to 9 AM and 4 PM to 10 PM.



Small pets are allowed upon prior notice and for an additional fee of 15 euros.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The operation of air conditioning and heating systems is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Naples Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.

Our DELUXE apartments are located on Via Cimarosa, in the heart of Vomero, just a short walk from Villa Floridiana Park and the Ceramics Museum. They are also the ideal choice for nature lovers and those who enjoy outdoor walks, and for any type of stay, thanks to their proximity to Metro Line 1 and three funiculars—Chiaia, Centrale, and Montesanto—which allow you to reach any part of the city in no time. Castel Sant’Elmo and the Certosa di San Martino, the highest point in the city, are just over a 10-minute walk away, and nearby the apartment you’ll also find the scenic streets of Via Palizzi and Via Aniello Falcone (the heart of Naples’ nightlife), offering breathtaking views and vistas. The DIANA Theater, just a few meters from the apartment, is a cultural venue hosting international performances.
