'Not all beds were made. No soap in bathrooms was unusual. Clean and good space. Grill in odd location but well stocked kitchen Having the incorrect access code cost us some groceries which was frustrating '

'The Studio is a gem! Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and cruiser bikes are all very appreciated. As is the stocked kitchen, cold AC, washing machine and dryer. Perfect for a couple. It’s a great value at a fraction of the cost of hotels on the beach. Highly recommend. '

'Enjoyed it again.Again I ran away from Boston (brutal this year) winter to work remotely, wear t-shorts and walk along the beach. The property was as advertised, clean, everything worked. Frank was readily available if necessary. Quiet place.'
