As the property sits within the same wider area, some associated activity and noise may occasionally be heard during operating hours.

The Barn at Kiln Park Farm has been beautifully renovated to an exceptional standard throughout, offering modern fittings, stylish furnishings and thoughtfully designed interiors that create a comfortable and contemporary space for your stay.

Sleeping up to six guests across two bedrooms, this spacious property provides plenty of communal space to relax and unwind together.

As you enter the property, you are welcomed by the impressive master bedroom, featuring a super King-size bed with ample space to truly relax. The room benefits from fitted wardrobes for storage, a wall-mounted widescreen Smart TV and a modern ensuite complete with a waterfall shower, creating a private and luxurious retreat.

Moving through the property, you arrive at the expansive open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay, including an electric oven and grill, large American-style fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The living area offers stylish and comfortable sofas, a beautiful fireplace with electric fire and a widescreen TV, making it the perfect space to gather after a day exploring Pembrokeshire.

The second bedroom comfortably sleeps four guests, with a super King-size bed and a twin bunk bed that’s ideal for children. Just outside the bedroom, you’ll find a family bathroom complete with bath and shower, sink and toilet.

Outside, the property continues to impress with an enclosed garden finished with AstroTurf lawn and a private hot tub, perfect for relaxing at your leisure.

Situated just outside the charming town of Narberth, the property provides an excellent base from which to explore boutique shops, independent restaurants and cafés, as well as the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside and coastline beyond.
