Design loft in het hart van de stad met twee grote terrassen en uitzonderlijk uitzicht

140m2 design loft, gelegen in het centrum van de stad op de bovenste verdieping van een oud herenhuis met lift. Na een intense dag biedt het een ontspannend en warm comfort van het leven.

Het appartement heeft 2 grote zonnige terrassen aan elke kant (Noord en Zuid) met de majestueuze Saint Just Cathedral als tegenovergestelde en een uitzicht op het Massif de la Clape.
Onze terrassen zijn uitgerust om aperitieven te kunnen maken om een goede vintage van de regio en een plancha te proeven, tradities die bekend zijn bij zuiderlingen.

Deze loft heeft 2 grote slaapkamers (elk met uitzicht op het terras aan de noordzijde), een volledig uitgeruste open designkeuken om een maaltijd in de woonkamer te delen met de historische kathedraal van Saint Just als gast.
Je hebt ook een grote badkamer met een ruime Italiaanse douche en 2 wastafels. Het toilet is onafhankelijk.
Wij bieden u alle nodige lingerieservice.

De verdiepingen onder het hok zijn overdag bezet door kantoorpersoneel en niemand in de avond, wat een zeer gewaardeerde totale rust geeft.

Als u met de trein aankomt, bevindt het station zich op 5 minuten loopafstand en we zullen u graag ophalen.

Wonderful Two Weeks in Narbonne!

My husband and I stayed her for two weeks while our daughter completed a French immersion program in Montpellier. We could not have picked a better place! Truthfully, the pictures do not do it justice-- the property is fabulous. It's large, spacious, air-conditioned, has a wonderfully built-out kitchen, and probably the very best view of the Cathedral in all Narbonne. And the town is wonderful. It's quiet but there's plenty to do and see. There are fabulous restaurants everywhere. It was really hard leaving. Of all the Vrbo's I have rented over the years, this one is probably at the very top of the list.

We were thrilled with this Vrbo. We loved the amount of space. We had a 2-bedroom apartment all to ourselves as well as two terraces, which had incredible views. It was beautifully decorated and had a large well-equipped kitchen. Our host, Henri, was very helpful, friendly, and responsive. He warmly greeted us and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, allowing us to clarify anything in-person. I can't imagine how it could have been any better. We hope to come back to this Vrbo someday in the lovely, quaint town of Narbonne.

Enjoyable stay at a comfortable rather funky apartment. It was the best provisioned VRBO we have ever stayed in. Our host, Henri, was very helpful in all communications and especially in our arrival and getting settled.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Narbonne au coeur de la Vieille Ville avec une vue spectaculaire sur la Cathédrale. Le loft offre tout le confort rêvé et plus encore pour les amateurs de Design! Chaque détail a été pensé, la décoration et les installations nous ont réjouis. Notre hôte nous a accueillis et renseignés avec gentillesse, et donc, si nous revenons à Narbonne, nous serions ravis de séjourner de nouveau à cette adresse!

Jederzeit wieder

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Narbonne und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Narbonne ist ein hübsches Städtchen mit kleinen Geschäften, guten Restaurants und einer schönen Markthalle. Unsere Wahl bei der Ferienwohnung war ein Volltreffer. Angefangen beim freundlichen, angenehmen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, über die stylische Ausstattung der Wohnung bis hin zur grandiosen Aussicht. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof (ca. 10 min Fußweg) war für uns auch von Vorteil. So konnten wir das Auto stehen lassen und andere Orte gut mit dem Zug erreichen (z.B. Perpignon, Carcassone). Also: Wenn Narbonne, dann Henri‘s Ferienwohnung.

Spectacular loft in downtown Narbonne

We stayed at Henri’s modern loft with an industrial vibe from 15 - 19 May, 2024. The apartment/loft is very spacious, clean, and with all the accoutrements you would expect at home! The deck/balconies on the North and South sides of the loft were wonderful and provided a lovely cross breeze! Henri was delightful and so welcoming. He met us outside the parking garage and then escorted us to the apartment, providing a great overview of all of the apartment’s features. His English is far better than our French 👍. We recommend this apartment highly as a home base for all that is Languedoc!

We very much enjoyed our stay as the apartment which was very close to all amenities in Narbonne. Henri, our host, was very friendly and helpful and arranged secure parking just across the road. Unfortunately the weather was disappointing but we still managed to relax and eat out on the terrace on occasions.

Great location and very quiet

We chose this apartment on the basis of location and quietness and were not disappointed by that. We liked Henri, the owner, who greeted us very warmly and gave us details to contact him any time. There are a few things to mention. Only my husband and I rented the apartment but had there been others with us the bedrooms lacked privacy due to louvre style sliding doors, hung on the wall, not in the frame and one didn't close properly. The style of the property with concrete flooring was quite industrial. The shower area in particular. We liked the balconies. I'm British and never slept on such peculiar shaped pillows before- they were large and square which took up a lot of the bed. The bed linen was not to my taste (brownish fabric) and would suggest Henri changes to crisp white cotton sheets and pillow cases :) Be aware lift goes to 3rd floor and you have to walk up to 4th floor.

Absolutely Superb Accommodation

Henri was the perfect host and he went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. If contacted, his response was immediate. The apartment was immaculate. The two large balconies provided us with a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful scenery while dining or relaxing after long days of exploring. This apartment is the only one in the building so, consequently, it was very quiet. The kitchen had a huge gas stove with an electric oven and a full sized fridge, microwave and toaster oven. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, dishes, utensils and a marvellous coffee maker. The bedrooms were large and bright and both opened onto one of the balconies. The bathroom had two sinks, a wonderful walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Wifi, and a large television and sound system were available in the living area. Air conditioners were available in both bedrooms plus the main part of the house. The washer and drying rack were well used. The apartment was perfectly located and we could walk to the train station in 5 minutes and to the downtown area with all of the shops and restaurants in 10 minutes. This apartment was perfect for us and we would like to thank Henri for helping to make our stay in Narbonne perfect!

beautifully decorated and appointed. Quiet location that is close to everything you need including groceries, boulangerie, bus and train station. the 2 balconies loaded with plants were pure pleasure! the apartment was well equiped with everything you could need - it's always nice when there are plenty of towels and blankets!
