'The service was good. The hotel is newly restaurated and clean. The receptionist was helpfull. We got a free roomupgrade. However, the premium rooms are a bit compact. Please change the laundry service. Our clothes were a bit wornoff after the laundry services. The hotel is located at a good place. One street further, there is a lot of restaurants/Bistro’s. Ten minutes walking and you are at Karaköy.'

Coffee shop underneath where you can order breakfast. Really good location with shops, restaurants, and bars all around. Really good spot. Highly recommend if backpacking. '

'From the moment we entered to when we left all staff were very helpful and the stay was enjoyable. Rooms were great and comfortable and we even got an upgrade courtesy of the hotel. The location is close to Galata Tower (around 5 minute walk uphill!) and all the usual tourist but far enough to have some peace in the evening. '
'Firstly Location was perfect, we needed step 100-150 metres to get to Galata Tower and Istiklal Avenue! There were all facilities in the room which we needed during our stay, we have not faced any problem. The most amazing part of this hotel is brilliant staff! "Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Richmond Hotel! Vanaf het moment van aankomst zijn we als VIP's behandeld. Alles was perfect schoon, het ontbijt was uitgebreid, vers en uitstekend geregeld.
Een speciaal bedankje aan Can en Harun van de receptie– altijd vriendelijk, geduldig en enorm behulpzaam. Zij hebben echt het verschil gemaakt!

"We had a great stay at Nordstern hotel. Strategic location, near public transport, the Galata tower and Galata bridge. The rooms have a nice vintage style decor with high ceilings while the bathroom is very modern (a smart choice). Our room was very clean and neat. The breakfast is buffet style with many savoury and sweet options.
But the best part of the hotel is the excellent staff: they are very warm, kind, attentive, and professional. They really made us feel at home. Our airport transfer service was arranged smoothly and the contact with the hotel manager and reception was easy. We really liked the small attentive gestures from the staff: we were offered cold water when we arrived (apart from the bottled water in the rooms), and when we came back to our room after a long (warm!) day, we saw a bottle of ice cold water and normal bottled water. We would also like to thank the kitchen staff for the Turkish coffee, and they also offered to make us an omelette for breakfast, very kind. A big thank you to the staff!
I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to feel at home in a neat hotel at a great location with excellent staff. Hopefully till next time."
"We stayed at Triada Hotel as a couple with our baby and had a very comfortable and smooth experience. We booked a room with a jacuzzi, which was exactly as expected and a nice way to relax after a long day in the city. The room was cleaned daily, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Air conditioning and WiFi both worked perfectly.
Despite being located right next to the busy Istiklal Street, we didn’t hear any street noise at all from our room – it was surprisingly quiet.
Breakfast was basic but varied, with small changes every day. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile. In fact, every member of the hotel staff was kind and accommodating – they were always available when we had questions or needed help.
We truly felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Istanbul due to its central location. "

"Hotel is echt een 5* hotel met alle luxe, schone kamers, lekker bed en ik zelf had een perfecte uitzicht is op loopafstand van de bekende Taksim square, wat ik wel minder vond is dat je buiten je boekingskosten ook nog eens extra €5,60,- per nacht voor je kamer moest betalen slaat nergens op je betaald al een hoop voor een 5 sterren hotel en dan moet je ook nog eens extra per kamer per nacht betalen, alles kost geld in dit hotel maar buiten dit is het zeker een mooie hotel, ik zou altijd eerst van te voren even bellen met de hotel en zeker zijn wat wel en wat niet zit in je accomodatie, en ze vragen ook extra borg wat ik kan begrijpen alleen de borg die ze kunnen vragen kan wel tot 150 euro oplopen per dag. Verder is het echt een mooie hotel leuke kamers vriendelijke personeel."
