The holiday home is introduced by a small porch
and it opens into a living room with kitchenette. A corridor divides
the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of a triple bedroom and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Moreover, there is another bathroom with shower.

La Caletta is a seafront holiday home in Torre Squillace, within
walking distance from the beach by the ancient watchtower. It`s close to
a café, pizzerias, mini-market. It`s in a quiet area on the coast
between Porto Cesareo and Sant`Isidoro, which are both very close.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor.
- The ensuite bathroom is without bidet.
