The interior of Villetta Elettra is on two levels. On the ground floor an airy living room is furnished with an open kitchen, dining room, 1 double sofa bed and TV. Serving the living area is 1 shower room.
Internal stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are 2 double bedrooms and the second full shower bathroom. Air conditioning, present in the hallway, cools all rooms.

- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 49 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
