Mommy House is a vacation cottage for rent in Boncore, just 1 km from the wonderful beaches of Torre Lapillo, among the most popular seaside destinations in Salento, along the coast of Porto Cesareo.
The small villa is recently built. Modern and well-maintained, the property is equipped with all the main accessories such as air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, wi-fi internet.
The garden is equipped with outdoor heated shower, practical pilozza, barbecue, parking space. The terrace offers solarium, shaded gazebo and a relaxing rocking chair.
Mommy House offers up to 8 beds. Pets allowed.

Mommy House stands in a residential housing context. The cottage is introduced by two gates, one pedestrian and one for the car.
The lovely garden consists of two spaces. In the front part there are parking space, flower beds from which green palm trees stand out, dining area with table and chairs, pilozza and outdoor shower. In the back garden there are table and chairs for lunch and dinner, barbecue for grilling, rocking chair and bikes with which to relax in long rides by the sea.
Finally, on the upper floor is a rooftop terrace with sun loungers for sunbathing and sitting area under the shade gazebo and relaxing rocking chair.
The interior of Mommy House is on two levels.
The ground floor leads into a spacious living room furnished with a well-equipped and air-conditioned eat-in kitchen, as well as 1 double sofa bed.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area on this floor, which consists of 2 double bedrooms, both air-conditioned and with external access, and 1 shower room.
On the upper floor, accessible by external stairs, is a small outbuilding with shower room, furnished with 1 double sofa bed, kitchenette with induction hob and mini fridge, air conditioning and TV.
Mommy House is ideal for family vacations or with friends and allows you to bring your 4-legged friends with you, thanks to the large outdoor equipped spaces.

Mommy House is located in Villaggio Boncore, falling within the territory of Nardò but practically situated in the upper part of Torre Lapillo, a hamlet of Porto Cesareo.
Torre Lapillo is famous for its long beaches of golden sand, the soft dunes scented with Mediterranean scrub, and the splendid sea with a shallow and crystal clear seabed, the most beautiful in Salento. The first beaches are just 1 km from the villetta.
The area is served by a bar with newsstand and betting shop, restaurant, supermarket and various services, all within walking distance. The location is great for a beach vacation, away from the chaos of the center.
In a few minutes by car you can reach other famous seaside resorts such as Punta Prosciutto and the Natural Park of Portoselvaggio.

- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 81 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
