  • 9 Desano Drive. Dit is een schilderachtig strandhuisje dat aan de binnenkant veel groter is dan het lijkt aan de buitenkant, het is zeer ruim. Er zijn 4 ruime slaapkamers. 2 kamers boven met 4 eenpersoonsbedden en 4 onderschuifbedden. De 4 aparte bedden kunnen op uw verzoek worden omgezet in 2 kingsize bedden. Twee slaapkamers beneden opgezet voor volwassenen met kingsize bedden. De woonkamer en keuken zijn knoestig grenen en de slaapkamers zijn licht en vrolijk. Uitzicht op het water vanuit de woonkamer, slaapkamer aan de voorzijde en luchtlichten. Woonkamer heeft een gezellige open haard voor koele zomeravonden en een uittrekbare bank. Buitenterras met veel meubels, Weber-grill en buitendouche. De veranda is onze favoriete plek. Toeslag voor huisdieren en aanbetaling voor honden. Bel of e-mail vragen.

    Huiseigenaar beheerd: dit huis wordt beheerd en gehuurd door de huiseigenaren Brian & Lisa, geen verhuurmakelaar. Alle communicatie is rechtstreeks met de huiseigenaar. We wonen in de buurt en reageren erg op de behoeften van onze klanten. We vragen onze huurders om het huis schoon achter te laten als ze het hebben ontvangen. Eventuele noodzakelijke schoonmaak door ons zal worden afgetrokken van uw borg. U zult de vele persoonlijke accenten, strandthema en aandacht voor detail in ons hele huis opmerken.

    Andere plaatsen om te verkennen en informatie over het strand:: Scarborough is een door de staat beheerd strand met rollende branding, badhuis en concessietribune. Het strand is een zandstrand (niet rotsachtig) met overdekte paviljoens en enkele picknicktafels en heeft een zeer groot gemaaid grasachtig gebied voor de lol. Het strand ligt op 3 minuten lopen van het huis en je hebt een uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf de veranda van het huis. De meeste nachten hoor je de golven vanuit de slaapkamers.
    Wickford Village ligt op ongeveer 20 minuten afstand en is een schilderachtig stadje met een jachthaven, winkels en restaurants. Watch Hill ligt op ongeveer 30 minuten afstand, heeft een antieke carrousel, winkels en restaurants. Roger Williams Zoo in Providence ligt op ongeveer 30 minuten afstand. Newport, Bristol, Tiverton, Little Compton hebben veel winkels, restaurants. Bezoek onderweg Sakonnet Vineyards / Winery.

We have had the best time at Lisa-Beths beautiful beach cottage. It is so cozy, with a perfect location and sweet neighbors. Lisa-beth is so kind and easy to work with. I would stay here again and again.

Very comfortable, homey place on a quiet side street. It’s less than five minutes to walk to the beach. There’s a great front porch on the ocean side. In the back there’s a private yard with a patio that is great for cookout.

Outstanding

Cottage is clean and has everything you need! Nice front porch, back yard, outdoor shower, kitchen, bedrooms. Close proximity to the beach, easy walking. Huge clean beach with several shade pavilions that are cool and breezy.

We loved every relaxing minute and couldnt say enough good avout our time. Family friendly. We forgot books for the baby and found some there. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we were settled. Wonderful experience.

Awesome beach house!

Lisa's spot was perfect for our group of 6 adults and one child. All the rooms are well sized, and the house has everything you need. All of the common spaces are cozy and allowed for lots of hang out time inside and out. Lisa made sure we had propane for the gas grill and the kitchen had anything we were looking for. The spot is in an ideal location near Scarborough beach and Narragansett generally. We would love to come back next year!

Ideal location

The property was very accommodating for our family of 10. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. I refrigerator with water and ice is so helpful. The shed provided everything we could have needed for a great beach day. Great location!! Close to everything!! Very clean. Lisa-Beth was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

Property is well maintained, older construction which provides great sound control! We had five grandkids ages 9-13 tag along and the two upstairs rooms provided them and us adults on main floor . Kids felt like they had a private clubhouse!!

Charming cottage for families with grandchildren

We enjoyed this cottage very much. The kitchen is great for those special vacation family meals. The downstairs bedrooms are very spacious and the upstairs is great for children. We spent a lot of time in the yard and used the grill most nights. The short walk to the beach is a plus, too.. We will definitely return.

Clean, cozy and great location

This place is walking distance to the beach and close to many restaurants. Even though it rained most of our trip, the house made up for it by being spacious enough to entertain our energetic 2 yr old! :)

Great family beach get away

We had an amazing weeklong gathering with our daughters, spouse and 2 grands. Loved the location, so close to the beach. We especially enjoyed the front porch with the ocean breezes and view of the ocean. Our two grands had lots of fun playing in the grassy backyard. Can't wait to go again.

Comfortable and convenient little house at the beach

We enjoyed the place quite a bit. The front porch was a lovely evening spot and the kitchen was well stocked. The walk to the beach is definetely the best part. The outdoor shower could use some updating- its more like showering in a tin shack, but overall, a very nice place to stay.

The house was clean, bright and perfect for our family.

We enjoyed our visit. Everything was more than we expected. Loved that they had all the chairs and umbrella all in a carrier to take to the beach, which was a short walk. Everything was perfect for our family vacation. Would highly recommend this house. The front porch was awesome place to relax in the morning and at night.

Very nice house! Plenty of room!

Overall we had a very good experience. There were 8 of us and plenty of space! The week we had was extremely hot and humid so as a result I would only suggest that there be an air conditioner downstairs as well as the one that is already upstairs. The one upstairs did not do enough for the downstairs. It was in a great area right across from the beach. Loved the porch out front too!!

Great beach vacation!

We rented the house for a family beach vacation, it was wonderful! We were very comfortable in the house, we had 5 adults and one small child. The beach accessibility was the real star of the vacation, you can see the beach from the porch and be on it in about 3 minutes time. Lisa was great, she provided great info about places to see and things to do. The neighbors were all very friendly and sweet. I think my only complaint could be that the upstairs ceilings slope a bit, I hit my head a few times, but I think we can agree that was mostly my fault. Overall it was a great house with comfy beds, accommodating owners and neighbors, and a great proximity to the beach. We hope to stay there again soon. Thanks to Lisa for a great stay.

Clean home, accomodating owners, great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "adorable beach cottage" on Scarborough Beach. The owners were very nice, thorough and accommodating. The house was stocked with amenities for cooking, comfort, and the beach. The house was clean with plenty of beds for everyone. If I had to find a negative I'd say certain areas could use some updating but everything was functional and overall we were very happy there and can see ourselves booking again in the future. Big thank you to the owners for having a great house, being easy to communicate with and running a excellent vacation property.

Very relaxing vacation and property

Diane and I had a wonderful time at Lisa and Brian's property. We went to Scarboro Beach everyday and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Most of the time we went out for dinner; Aunt Carries's, great steamers, George's for two nights on Galihee Island and the Coast Guard restaurant which was fantastic. When we did stay at home, we enjoyed a cocktail on the front porch which was delightful, also nice neighbors. Brian had the grill ready for us to cook in the backyard which we did. Lovely backyard but could probably use some outside lighting unless I missed it. Refreshing outdoor shower. All in all, a very nice relaxing vacation and amenities were very good.

Very Nice House!!!! Perfect location!!

We LOVED this house!!! It was perfect in every way. Great breezes through the house, and very well furnished. Our family truly enjoyed our stay here. Lisa was very nice and gave us a tour of the house when we got there, which was very nice. Great location near Scarborough Beach. Everything you need is just a short car trip away. We hope to stay here again next year!!!!

Nice week at the beach

The house was nice and in a great location. It could use a little facelift and some paint but it was comfortable for our family. The location is great, a quick walk to the beach and there's a new trolly route which has a stop just down the block and takes you around to the block island ferry & also to the other end to Narragansett beach. Really nice week overall.
