It is the epitome of relaxed luxury & refinement, located less than a mile from the beach. This unique opportunity offers resort-like amenities and everything today's travelers could wish for.

    The easy-care backyard was designed for the ultimate 'Staycation" with its heated plunge pool, sprawling patio and complete outdoor kitchen, entertaining has never been so easy or fun! The main home consists of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and an abundance of living, dining & entertaining spaces, including a home gym, sauna, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, dedicated media room (home theater), and even a cozy sunroom to relax & let the sea breezes lull you you sleep after a long day at the beach! A wonderful space for a family Thanksgiving reunion especially for 3 families coming together from different locations. We loved the house and space in and above the garage, and enjoyed our ability to walk to the water, the quiet neighborhood, the fully-stocked spacious kitchen which was important for making dinner for 18! and all of the little things that made the stay comfortable, fun and relaxing. We'd definitely stay again.

To be honest, we had an incredible time during our stay! The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything—great coffee spots, shopping, amazing restaurants, and the beach! The house itself has all the amenities you could ask for, including a ton of games, a gym, and a sauna. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, this place is perfect. We will definitely be back!

Wedding bridal party weekend stay

Needed a place for my wife and her bridal party to stay and hangout for our wedding at the towers. This home was absolutely stunning, magnificent and had plenty of room for everyone! Lots of space in the house, the amenities were easy to use, and communication was Darius was fantastic, making the weekend smooth and we would love to stay here again!

Wonderful house

The house is beautiful and spacious. It was great for a family vacation. The only issue we had was that there was a swarm of bees over the pool, so we couldn’t use the pool during the daytime.but we did go in at night and it was lovely.

We had a phenomenal time staying at the property in Narragansett. The property exceeded our expectations, with lots of space and amenities for our family and adult children. The walk to the beach was closer than anticipated as well. The state of cleanliness was immaculate. Would 10/10 recommend and would go back.

The Idea House

Our family had a wonderful long weekend at the Idea House! It’s a beautiful home with so much to offer for a large family or group of friends. The finishings throughout the home are lovely, and there’s plenty of space to gather while also providing quiet spots for relaxation. The sauna, plunge pool, and game room were big hits with our entire family! We loved being able to walk to Agave Social for a delicious dinner and we enjoyed long walks at two different beaches—such a treat!We did find that some furnishings, appliances, and amenities could use a little attention to ensure everything is in top shape. With those general upkeep matters addressed, this home would be an absolute 10!

Very pleased. House had nice details and an abundance of useful accessories. I usually bring my own knives but it has plenty of sharp knives for cooking. I usually bring my speaker but it has Sonos connected throughout - even outside. I usually bring a coffee maker but the place has 3 different types! Drip, cups and an espresso maker. While I usually don’t give second thought, the ice maker in the house makes me want to buy that kind. An abundance of beach towels at the ready. Fussball, ping pong and pool table in garage was an added plus and with garage doors closed can make all the noise we wanted. Management was super responsive to questions. We’ll be back.

Luxury family beach house

The house is amazing & beautifully appointed ! Lots of space for our family of 14! Easy walk to the beach! Game room & exercise equipment were used by all especially the heated plunge pool. Top of the line appliances & 2 laundry rooms Everything was comfortable & conducive to large family groups. Two fire pits were wonderful Some of tvs were not working & the beds in the loft were uncomfortable but all in all a great find!

The property is truly lovely. It is in a very nice neighborhood and within convenient walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. The only complaint we have is that the pool does not have a ladder. (The ladder is broken and lies against the garage.) It is very difficult to get in and out of the pool.

Family get away.

We were a family of 6. Grandparents, son & his wife and 2 grandchildren, 11 & 9. We did arrive a little early hoping to get in early but that did not work. Went to the beach which is very close had lunch and the kids were very happy in the surf. Came back at 4 and house still not ready, by 4:30 we were able to enter and get ourselves settled (apparently the renters before us left it quite a disarray) Everything was great after that. The house has everything needed for a great vacation. Privacy when you wanted and fun places for everyone to enjoy. Close to beached and great restaurants. As we were driving home I asked the grandkids what their thoughts were and both said that they had the best time and would like to come back next year. That says it all. It’s a Great Place highly recommend it to everyone
