'Staff- sleeping during of operation. We have to ring numerous time all the while he is passed out at the back of high counter. Cleaning lady mention is he sleeping again. So must be a regular occurrence Maintenance- suspicious cc transactions. Why check in is pain ful by asking information again. Id’s cards are handed already then why do you need to fill up the form again? Room- running water with sewage smell, faucet , tub . Wait for couple of minutes before the water can go down the drain....

'Poor breakfast served on plastic plates and pkastic forks and knives. And fior a $150 suite is not acceptable. '

'The rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant and plenty of parking and everything is close bye'

'The pool and deck area were amazing, the food at the bar was great but, the best part about the stay was the staff; they were very helpful and friendly. They also have an outdoor basketball court, that me and my son were able to play on. My only critique would be to add a bench or chairs in the gym so you can do more exercises with the dumbbells'. '

'Minor issue with tv in first room given. Desk staff very helpful and quickly resolved it, moving us to a different room. '

'Front desk staff was great! Breakfast was good and varied. Was able to park near my room in handicapped parking. However, no one cleaned the room or brought clean towels. Front desk was very accomodating. Bathroom sink in room 113 needs attention. Drainage is almost closed. Shower was fantastic! '

'The living area of the room appeared to be relatively updated so we selected this property. When we arrived, it was certainly a good photographer. The bathroom is small, dirty and not updated. It’s the kind of place you do not want to take your shoes off, showering included '

'Overall, I’m glad I stayed here. The breakfast was good. But it can be LOUD right next to the interstate, as well as the water pressure in the shower was lacking. So, you get what you pay for I guess.'

'Nice quiet hotel near historic Concord. Rooms are spacious and clean, hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a lot of variety everyday. Lots of free parking space. I stayed here twice in a period of 3weeks and both of them where very pleasant! '
