Pure Paradise
Caspian Cottage is an amazing place to stay! One of the most peaceful and relaxing places we have vacationed. Thoroughly enjoyed the hiking trails, pastures, grazing horses and our amazing hostess Sharolyn. The check in at the house greeted us with homemade baked cookies and to top it off during the week, Sharolyn brought us a loaf of her homemade bread. So delicious! Be sure and venture to the Event Center grounds and take photos of the chapel and grounds. It is so beautiful and well maintained. Sharolyn recommended The Depot Restaurant for a local place to eat. We went there twice as the food was excellent. So glad we found this VRBO and highly recommend it! Special thanks to Sharolyn for her hospitality.

Very enjoyable stay! Not much can be said that hasn’t already been said in previous reviews! I will say the owners do not skimp on kitchen utensils or cookware. We do a lot of cooking when we go on vacation and everything we used was good quality, which is not typical for rental properties!

Beautiful Tennessee Woodland Getaway
This was our second stay this year on this property. Caspian cottage is beautiful and well appointed. We love walking/hiking the beautiful well marked trails, making friends with the horses and enjoying the peace and quiet. One would never know that you are minutes from Springfield and a quick drive to Nashville. The host, Sharolyn, is terrific and so easy to work with.

Absolutely the best experience ever! So peaceful and relaxing we are definitely going back and taking more family with us. The hikes were great and seeing the horses roam was so fun. Loved Caspian Cottage!
This is the absolutely perfect stay if you are traveling to the Nashville area and want to be surrounded by nature. The property is aptly named as Paradise Retreat, and it exceeded all our expectations. Sharolyn was the perfect host. friendly and attentive to all our needs, and welcomed us with homemade bread and cookies. The property is beautiful and we loved waking to the sunshine and the horses grazing in the pastures. We hiked nearly the entire retreat, enjoyed relaxing strolls by the creek and after a full day in Nashville, returned to the comfort of this lovely cottage. During our stay there was a wedding and reception at their beautiful venue, yet we never even knew they were there! We stayed here with friends for an entire week and would love to have stayed longer! You won't find a more attentive and friendly five star host. We found our home away from home and will stay here whenever we return to the area!

Peaceful and amazing!
Words cannot describe how beautiful and well thought out this property is. It was emmaculately clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen and the walking trails and property were so beautiful! We were originally torn on whether to stay downtown nashville or at caspian cottage. So glad we decided on caspian. It was a great mixture of rest and relaxation coupled with all the nashville entertainment. The drive was only about 30 minutes and didnt bother us a bit. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were fabulous!

This is one of the very few properties with 300 5-star reviews so I felt quite confident booking the Caspian Cottage for our group's stay. As soon as we walked in the front door we could tell we weren't going to want to leave. There's not much that hasn't been said already but I just want to add that when we were at the cottage that we spent almost every waking minute in the screened-in-porch area. It was so relaxing and yet so noisy, with the noise being provided by cicadas, various birds, and other animals. Many trails to walk on the grounds also, very peaceful whether by yourself or walking with someone else. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had the most perfect wonderful vacation at Sharolyns cottage . The house was beautiful and so were the grounds . We enjoyed seeing the horses every day. Sharloyn was very kind to Give my kids their first horseback ride and her husband drove us around the beautiful grounds. My kids loved catching crayfish and fireflies. We can’t wait to go back !!

Caspian Cottage was a great place for my family. The cabin was beautiful and clean; the kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils, pots and pans and staples for cooking. The beds are very comfortable. The scenery around us was picturesque--with horses in the pasture right outside the window. Our grandsons had a great time exploring the property. The screened-in porch had comfortable seating for eating and visiting.

I combined a visit with dear friends and colleagues with a few days of unplugging. The property was perfect. Quiet, serene. I unwound so quickly I took the longest nap ever. My friends were so entranced they just hung out for a while enjoying the peace. Cottage has great energy. Had everything I needed. Sharolyn was very understanding of my desire for privacy and quiet. "The Best Cabin We've Ever Stayed At"
This cabin was absolutely perfect. Clean, amenities, great location, and even though we planned to use it just as a launching point for Nashville -- our kids preferred to stay at the Ranch, explore the trails and the tree house for hours. The cabin was beautifully decorated and stocked with all the basic necessities. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. The trails on the property were all clearly marked and relatively easy to navigate. The road up to the cabin was gravel and also easy to navigate. Our favorite thing was enjoyed meals together in the dining area on the screened in porch. We would love to come back some day.

The Cassbian Cottage at Paradise Ranch
We had such a wonderful time at Paradise Ranch! The cabin was absolutely beautiful with such well thought out amenities and special touches! The owner truly thought of everything! Each morning we sat in front of the fireplace with a fresh cup of coffee and a view of horses and the ranch. It was complete quiet; no cars, no sounds of other people; just silence. We walked on the trails around the property and enjoyed the treehouse and the playhouse on the path. The beds were very comfortable as well! We will definitely be back in the near future! It was bittersweet leaving at the end of the week. We were so rested and relaxed but hated to see it end! Such a treasure! Thank you to Sherelynn and her family for making us feel so welcome and providing such a beautiful place for our family to relax and unwind in peace and quiet and in luxury!

The Caspian Cottage is absolutely beautiful! The property is beyond breathtaking! The property owner stopped by to introduce herself the day we checked in. Just the nicest, sweetest person ever! During our stay, we walked the property and were left speechless by the tranquility of Mother Nature. The views of horse pastures throughout the property was like walking through a magazine. Picturesque doesn't even come close. The attention to detail with landscaping throughout the property was stunning! The cottage itself was spotless! I could use a million exclamation points with every statement! The kitchen was stocked with name-brand paper products, cookware, utensils, etc. I can't find enough positive words to describe this property. The entire experience completely exceeded our expectations!

My friend and I rented this cottage for a girls weekend away. We were very impressed with the property upon arrival. The property managers were extremely accommodating with everything we needed. My husband and I could not have enjoyed our stay more! We spent 4 relaxing days at the property. It is exactly as listed, only better. We very much enjoyed walking the grounds, sitting by the fire (both indoor and out), plus using all of the other top notch amenities. The property is remote so that you feel secluded and private, but still easy accessible with close by amenities. Highly recommend! We will be back!

The cottage is absolutely amazing. We had a winter snow while we were there and it was beautiful. The accommodations are great. Comfortable beds and a beautiful, serene setting who could ask for more. Decorated for Christmas just bring your presents and be prepared for a jolly good time.
